Liens étroits avec le Secourts Catholique-Caritas de France. Donc une autre organisation contrôlée de l'intérieur par le Vatican. On peut donc se poser bien des questions quant à la rencontre de Ludovine de la Rochère avec le Pape François.
 
Vu l'étendue de tous ses "programmes internationaux", à travers le monde et sous contrôle des Jésuites et du Vatican qui contrôlent toutes les institutions scolaires, il est à prévoir que rien ne changera dans ce sens, car cela ferait longtemps que ces 2 entités auraient mis fin à ce qui se passe.

Ludovine de la Rochère, présidente de la « Manif pour tous », mouvement de défense de la famille né en France lors des débats autour de la loi Taubira, a rencontré le pape François hier, jeudi 12 mai 2014, à l'issue de la messe matinale à Sainte-Marthe, alors que le mouvement poursuit sa mobilisation face aux projets de loi français et aux programmes de l'Education nationale.

C'est la Manif pour tous, qui dans un courrier adressé au pape en janvier dernier, avait sollicité cette rencontre : « Quand nous avons appris que le pape recevrait le président François Hollande – 24 janvier 2014 – nous avons fait une demande en expliquant notre face à face avec le gouvernement, qui exprime des intérêts contraires à la famille, sur de nombreux sujets tels que le mariage, la PMA (procréation médicalement assistée, ndlr), la GPA (grossesse pour autrui, ndlr), l'adoption » d'enfants par des personnes homosexuelles, explique Ludovine de la Rochère à Zenit.

Demande d'un message pour la France

Il s'agissait d'exposer au pape François « ce qu'il en est aujourd'hui, car même si la loi Taubira a été votée, les attaques contre la famille se poursuivent, à travers des projets de loi et des programmes d'éducation scolaire ».

La rencontre avec le pape se voulait aussi un encouragement pour les acteurs et sympathisants du mouvement : « Nous sommes a-partisans et a-confessionnels. Mais le pape représente une autorité morale au niveau international, bien au-delà de l’Église catholique. Des personnes non catholiques de la Manif pour tous m'ont d'ailleurs exprimé leur joie et leur fierté de cette rencontre. »

Au cours de l'entretien, qui a duré quelques minutes, la présidente a offert au pape le sweat portant le logo de la Manif pour tous – les sihouettes d'une famille composée d'un père, une mère, un garçon et une fille – « un symbole important, car depuis des mois en France, ceux qui le portent sont interpellés par la police... il faut du courage pour le porter ! », a-t-elle expliqué au pape.

Elle lui a également remis le livre « #Saison 1 » de la Manif pour tous et le « Manifeste pour la famille et pour l'enfant », rédigé à l'issue du Grenelle de la Famille, contenant 10 principes et une quarantaine de propositions, que le mouvement entend promouvoir auprès des organismes internationaux.

« Le pape m'a demandé de parler français, il le comprend bien, même s'il ne le parle pas. Il a tout de suite manifesté son approbation, réagissant de manière très positive. Je lui ai expliqué que je représentais un très grand nombre de personnes. Je lui ai également demandé s'il avait un message à transmettre aux Français, il a répondu qu'il y réfléchirait », précise Ludovine de la Rochère.

« Le fait d'avoir été reçue, d'avoir échangé avec le pape, d'avoir été placée au premier rang durant la messe à Sainte-Marthe – on m'a fait me déplacer alors que j'étais au milieu de l'assemblée – est un signe de soutien très clair du pape », souligne-t-elle.

« Bien entendu, il connaît ces sujets mieux que quiconque, étant donné que ce sont des enjeux internationaux : les instances européennes notamment jouent un rôle dans la promotion de la PMA, de l'adoption par des couples de même sexe », poursuit la présidente du mouvement. Lors de la visite de François Hollande au Vatican, les entretiens avaient d'ailleurs évoqué « la défense et la promotion de la dignité de la personne humaine, et des sujets comme la famille, la bioéthique ».

Mobilisation pour l'éducation des tout-petits

Il s'agit aujourd'hui, dit-elle, de poursuivre « la résistance à ces projets contraires à la dignité humaine », alors que le combat est en train de s'internationaliser (au Pérou, à Taïwan, aux États-Unis...). Car si la Manif pour tous « a réussi à freiner les conséquences de la loi Taubira, l'effort ne doit pas être relâché », insiste Ludovine de la Rochère : « Le mariage est une institution qui vise à fonder une famille et si on l'ouvre aux personnes de même sexe, cela implique aussi de trouver des moyens – PMA, GPA, etc – pour contourner le fait que des personnes de même sexe ne peuvent pas concevoir : ce sont des revendications très fortes en France ».

« Déjà, déplore la présidente, on constate une tolérance des autorités françaises sur les cas de PMA et GPA pratiquées à l'étranger, en contournant la loi. Cela encourage la pratique, et nous avons interpellé Mme Laurence Rossignol, secrétaire d’État chargée de la Famille, sur ce sujet ».

Ludovine de la Rochère regrette le danger de ces évolutions qui « relativisent la filiation réelle – la cohérence et la sécurité de la génération naturelle, avec un père et une mère – en faveur de filiations socialement construites », qui menacent, dit-elle, l’équilibre de l'enfant : « Seule la complémentarité des sexes aboutit au respect et à la prise en compte de la filiation. »

La Manif pour tous s'oppose, explique-t-elle, à « de nombreux projets de loi » qui attaquent la famille : « Le projet de loi sur l’autorité parentale et l’intérêt de l’enfant, qui en réalité se préoccupe seulement de la vie des adultes, les réformes de la fiscalité, les nouvelles normes sur le travail, imposant l'interdiction des temps partiel de moins de 24h. Il sera plus difficile pour les mères de concilier travail et famille. »

Le mouvement organisait ces derniers jours des décryptages publics de programmes de l’Éducation Nationale, qui sous couvert de « l'ABCD de l'égalité », font « une promotion bien réelle de l’idéologie du genre ». Elle épingle cet ABCD de l'égalité, qui sera généralisé à la rentrée scolaire prochaine en France, de la grande section de maternelle (5 ans) au CM2 (6-11 ans), parce qu'il « diffuse l'idée que 'homme' et 'femme' ne sont que des constructions sociales. Il est très grave de chercher à déconstruire les repères de la différence des sexes chez un enfant qui est justement en train de se construire ».

Elle souligne le silence des instances éducatives : « Nous avons sollicité un rendez-vous avec le ministre de l’Éducation Benoît Hamon, mais nous n'avons pas de réponse. De même, les Académies ne répondent pas aux parents d'élèves. »

En attendant, une consultation nationale sur l'ABCD de l'égalité est lancée : « et si nous ne sommes pas entendus nous appellerons à manifester à la rentrée », prévient la présidente.

Avec toute cette corruption et ces rituels sataniques sur des enfants, le soutien aux Palestiniens ainsi que tous les groupes rebelles qui ont enlevés, au fil des années des milliers d'enfants pour en faire des enfants soldats et qui ont été violés par ces groupes sous contrôle des Jésuites et du Vatican, ne vous attendez pas à voir changer les choses en ce sens. Le viol, en temps de guerre, est une arme puissante pour briser l'âme et la volonté des gens, des familles. On ne voit pas, non plus, le Pape faire quoique ce soit sur les lois présentes qui passent dans plusieurs pays sur le mariage des filles adoptées par les musulmans.

Le monde se mobilise contre le viol en temps de guerre avec une conférence internationale à Londres, du 10 au 13 juin 2014. Le pape François soutient la campagne dans un tweet publié ce 10 juin en italien et en anglais :

« Prions pour toutes les victimes de violence sexuelle en situations de conflit et pour ceux qui combattent ces crimes. #TimeToAct ». La campagne de soutien aux victimes, lancée il y a quelques mois, est en effet intitulée «Time to act» (« Il est temps d'agir »).

Plus de 100 ONG et organismes internationaux de 113 pays du monde, plus de 900 experts militaires et juridiques, 48 ministres des Affaires étrangères, sont réunis pour cette Conférence internationale qui a pour but de sensibiliser l'opinion publique sur les violences sexuelles en situation de guerre et de mettre au point des normes internationales pour porter les auteurs de ces crimes devant la justice.

Les travaux ont été inaugurés par l’actrice Angelina Jolie, ambassadrice de bonne volonté du Haut commissaire de l'Onu pour les réfugiés et le ministre des Affaires étrangères, chef de la diplomatie britannique, William Hague.

Yesterday, he proposed an executive action that would prohibit companies that receive federal contracts from discriminating based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

That's because it's unthinkable that -- in 2014 -- someone could be fired for who they are or whom they love.

That's why the Senate passed the Employment Non-Discrimination Act last year, which would protect all LGBT Americans from workplace discrimination. But Speaker Boehner is blocking it in the House by refusing to take a vote.

It's Pride Month across the country -- a great time to reflect on how far we've come in the fight for equality. In just a few years, we've repealed "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," the Defense of Marriage Act has been struck down, and nearly half of all Americans live in states where same-sex couples can now get married.

L’archevêque est à la retraite, vive l’archevêque. Sauf que pour la première fois au sein de l’Eglise luthérienne de Suède, il s’agit d’une femme : Antje Jackelén. Âgée de 58 ans, mariée à un prêtre avec qui elle a deux enfants, cette Allemande d’origine a obtenu 55,9% des suffrages auprès des quelques 325 ecclésiastiques habilités à voter.

Si Antje Jeckelsén est la première à être élue au poste suprême, l’Eglise de Suède ordonne des femmes prêtres depuis 1960 et autorise le mariage homosexuel, même entre représentants religieux. Néanmoins, la nouvelle archevêque a avoué à l’agence de presse suédoise TT être « un peu abasourdie, heureuse et reconnaissante. » Son prédécesseur et adversaire, Anders Wejryd, s’est quant à lui montré beau joueur, annonçant qu’« il était vraiment temps », que la Suède suive l’exemple d’autres églises luthériennes ayant déja eu des femmes à leur tête, comme en Allemagne, en Norvège ou au Canada.

C’est également le cas aux Etats-Unis. Depuis cet été, l’Eglise évangélique luthérienne en Amérique ( ELCA ) est dirigée par Elizabeth Easton. Comptant plus de quatre millions de fidèles, elle est la plus importante et la plus progressiste des trois grandes organisations luthériennes du pays.

Un rapport de l’Église d’Angleterre propose d’accorder aux prêtres la liberté de célébrer des unions homosexuelles. La loi sur le mariage gay, qui entrera en vigueur en 2014 en Grande-Bretagne, l’avait exclue de son champ d’application.Correspondant à Londres

Dans un retournement dont elle est familière,  ouvre la porte à la célébration de mariages gay. Un rapport rédigé à sa demande par quatre évêques préconise que les prêtres soient «libres» de célébrer des unions homosexuelles. Il ne s’agit pas pour l’instant, est-il bien précisé, d’une nouvelle politique de l’Église mais d’une piste de travail servant de base à une discussion.

C’est néanmoins un revirement dans la doctrine officielle de l’Église d’Angleterre. La loi sur le mariage pour les couples de même sexe votée l’an dernier, qui entrera en vigueur mi-2014, s’était entourée d’un luxe de précaution pour ne pas braquer l’Église, après un vent de contestation au sein de députés conservateurs au nom du respect la doctrine chrétienne. Le texte avait donc prévu un «triple verrou» juridique excluant de fait l’Église anglicane de la portée de la loi, alors que les autres confessions, comme les protestants unitariens, étaient autorisées à célébrer ces mariages si elles le souhaitent. Ce qui avait aussitôt suscité les protestations de certains prêtres anglicans désireux de bénéficier aussi de cette possibilité.

Évêques gay

Comme sur la question , redevenue d’actualité la semaine dernière, ou le remariage après un divorce, l’Église anglicane est très divisée et hésitante sur la doctrine en matière de mœurs. Elle est écartelée entre les tenants de la tradition et les modernistes qui s’inquiètent d’une désaffection des fidèles face à ses difficultés à évoluer. Son nouveau chef, l’archevêque de Canterbury Justin Welby, s’est lui-même timidement montré ouvert à la discussion. Il avait déclaré que sa position personnelle contre le mariage gay n’était pas gravée dans le marbre et invoqué une «révolution» dans l’attitude de l’Église à l’égard de la sexualité.

Dans une décision peu remarquée, l’épiscopat avait autorisé en janvier unis par un partenariat civil (l’équivalent du Pacs) à devenir évêques… dès lors qu’ils continuaient à affirmer qu’ils étaient célibataires! «On peut faire de l’Église un endroit froid pour les gays et les lesbiennes, ou on peut en faire un endroit plus chaleureux et tolérant», plaide Joseph Pilling, président de la commission, mise en place il y a deux ans.

Se «repentir» sur la façon dont les homosexuels ont été traités

Le rapport ne prévoit pas une liturgie spécifique aux célébrations d’unions homosexuelles. Dans une déclaration tout en subtilité, il souhaite ouvrir la possibilité «de marquer la formation d’unions permanentes de couples du même sexe» en son sein – une façon d’éviter le mot mariage. Mais le rapport va plus loin en se penchant sur le dogme de la Bible. Il recommande d’éviter «de se prononcer de façon définitive sur les implications des Ecritures pour les homosexuels». Et il souligne un besoin pour l’Église de se «repentir» sur la façon dont gays et lesbiennes ont été traités dans le passé.

Ces conclusions sont de nature à provoquer de vives tensions au sein de la hiérarchie anglicane, ainsi qu’auprès des quelque 80 millions de fidèles de l’Eglise dans le monde. «La majorité des Chrétiens à travers le monde et à travers l’histoire sont respectueux d’un enseignement orthodoxe des préceptes de la Bible sur le mariage et la sexualité», a critiqué Andrea Williams, fondatrice de l’association traditionnaliste Christian Concern.

Washington, DC—Presbyterians have voted to allow their pastors to preside over marriages between people of the same sex in states where it is legal. The move follows a 2010 vote in which the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) removed a clause requiring pastors to practice fidelity in marriage or chastity in singleness, triggering a mass exodus of traditionalists from the denomination.

The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), whose General Assembly starts this week in Detroit, has mirrored the decline of other oldline Protestant denominations. The latest membership statistics show a loss of 89,296 in 2013, preceded by a loss of 102,791 in 2012. PCUSA membership is now down to 1,760,200, and at the current rate it could have no members in less than 20 years.

“By overturning natural marriage the PCUSA is only accelerating its already fast-paced demise. It will become even smaller, whiter and older.

“Many faithful have already quit the PCUSA and many more now will. But some faithful will remain. May the Holy Spirit bless their witness and lay the groundwork for the PCUSA’s return some day to the teachings of the global church.”

UN Human Rights Council, Geneva, Switzerland

The UN top rights body is about to take a big step backward concerning the promotion and protection of LGBT rights. The UN Human Rights Council, currently meeting in Geneva, is poised to adopt its first ever resolution on "protection of the family".

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation has been on the war path for years against any UN recognition of LGBT rights. In March 2012 they boycotted a panel discussion of the subject at the UN in Geneva, and a report on the subject by UN High Commissioner Navi Pillay carefully avoided mentioning the worst violators by name. There have been no resolutions or formal discussions of the subject since.

On June 13, 2014 the UN delegates in Geneva held informal consultations on a draft UN Human Rights Council resolution entitled "Protection of the Family". The main sponsors of this initiative are some of the world's worst human rights violators: Bangladesh, China, Cote d'Ivoire, Egypt, El Salvador, Mauritania, Morocco, Namibia, Russia, Sierra Leone, Tunisia, Qatar and Uganda.

During the backroom meeting, Pakistan, Iran, the African Union, Malaysia, Belarus, and Bolivia also expressed their strong support for the draft text.

Pakistan, a member of the "Human Rights" Council, made clear real intentions of the sponsors: "It is clear what we are talking about. Family is a man, a woman and his children. We are talking about the pollution of the family by bringing an idea for which there is no consensus on the international level. We are very clear about the definition of the family."

On the other hand, a suggestion to include in the resolution reference to protecting women and children from domestic violence was rejected by the main supporters.

The European Union proposed that "states have the responsibility to promote and protect the rights of women and children" within the family as well as to recognize the "rights of individuals". The African Union strongly objected to mentioning women and children. Iran, where girls below the age of 10 are registered for marriage and minors are hanged for being gay, had this to contribute: the "family is the basic core of the society" and "family role is more important than the state's" role in protecting children's rights.

The sponsors of the draft resolution also made sure that the issue of "the family" stays on the Council's agenda as long as possible. The text requests the Council to organize a "panel discussion on the protection of the family" at its September 2014 session and asks the High Commissioner to prepare a report on the discussion and present it to the Council at the March 2015 session.

Dans ce  Rapport:
 
•    Des bébés Irlandais auraient été tués lors de rituels : De nouveaux témoins oculaires en Irlande et aux Pays-Bas décrivent plus de meurtres du Neuvième Cercle, désignant comme auteurs George Soros, le Prince Friso et le Premier Ministre Néerlandais.

•    Les Unités d’Action Directe se préparent à mettre fin aux rituels du Neuvième Cercle dans les églises de Montréal et Dublin.

•    Les Tribunaux de Droits Coutumier du Canada sont convoqués sous l’autorité d’une nouvelle République.


•    Pour le Catholicisme le viol d’enfants n’est pas un crime: De l’aveu d’un archevêque dans un Tribunal Américain,  c’est la raison pour laquelle cela doit  cesser.

Tuam en Irlande, et Bruxelles :

Les restes de quelques 800 bébés retrouvés dans une fosse commune dans l’ancien Foyer Catholique de Ste Marie près de Tuam “portent tous des marques de meurtres rituels” selon une source interne des forces de la police Irlandaise : la Garda.

“Les membres du service médico-légal nous ont raconté que la configuration des restes et des preuves de décapitation et de démembrement ressemblent aux signes habituels de meurtres rituels …  Ces enfants n’ont pas simplement été disséqués, ils ont été  massacrés.”

Le gouvernement Irlandais et l’église Catholique Romaine ont annoncé qu’ils mèneraient leurs propres  “investigations internes” sur ce charnier, et ont fermé le lieu sans le déclarer “scène de crime” : c’est la procédure classique lors de toute dissimulation institutionnelle. Des centaines de manifestants ont convergé aujourd’hui vers le Irish Dail, le Parlement, pour exiger l’ouverture d’une enquête avec à la clef des poursuites judiciaires.

En parallèle, le procès en cours au Tribunal de Droit Coutumier contre le pape François et les autres pour trafic et meurtres d’enfants se poursuit à Bruxelles, un nouveau témoin oculaire néerlandais a apporté un éclairage supplémentaire sur le réseau Satanique du Neuvième Cercle et ses liens avec les assassinats d’enfants en Angleterre, en Belgique et en Irlande.

Le témoin, une retraitée du service public, a désigné  neuf juges, des politiciens, le membre du groupe Bilderberg George Soros et le Prince Friso, le frère de l’actuel Roi des Pays-Bas, comme participants aux meurtres des enfants qu’elle a observés à Oudergem, en Belgique et Zwolle, aux Pays-Bas entre 1996 et 2000.  Le témoin a remis un enregistrement vidéo lors de son témoignage lundi dernier au magistrat instructeur du Tribunal.

“Dans la forêt, près d’Oudergem, ils chassaient ces enfants nus à travers la forêt et les abattaient  … Ensuite, ils coupaient le pénis des garçons morts et les exhibaient comme des trophées. J’ai vu des soldats Belges qui patrouillaient dans les bois  protégeant les hommes qui chassaient, des hommes comme le prince Friso, le Roi Albert de Belgique et Mark Rutte, le Premier Ministre. J’ai reconnu George Soros dans une partie de chasse aussi, vous savez le multimilliardaire. Il est très ami avec la femme de Friso, Mabel Wisse Smit.”

Friso, le jeune frère du Roi des Pays-Bas Willelm, est décédé soudainement à l’hôpital l’année dernière alors qu’il se remettait d’un “accident de ski”. Son décès est intervenu juste avant la révélation publique sur les meurtres d’enfants à haut niveau par l’ancien membre du parlement Belge, Laurent Louis.

Le témoin a décrit également la présence “d’un prélat Catholique” lors d’autres assassinats, notamment de trois jeunes adolescents près de Zwolle aux Pays-Bas en 2004.

“Une organisation criminelle désignée sous le nom de “la Pieuvre” fournit les enfants en les récupérant par le biais de centres éducatifs d’aide à l’enfance. Ce jour là, il y en avait trois, deux garçons et une fille. Tous ont été violés et torturés à mort dans une maison  appartenant à des gangsters près de Zwolle. Friso était là, et quelques prélats  Catholiques que je n’ai pas reconnus parce qu’ils parlaient en Anglais. Mais je me rappelle de Friso qui l’appelait  'l’Irlandais'  et il a fait référence aux Neuf ou au Groupe des Neuf ou quelque chose comme ça.”

Le témoin était présent lors des assassinats et est un ancien membre présumé de “la Pieuvre” l’organisation criminelle qui contrôle le trafic de drogue aux Pays-Bas et en Belgique. C’est le quatrième témoin de l’intérieur à venir ainsi décrire les meurtres rituels par des hauts officiels aux Pays-Bas et en Belgique.

Les Rituels du Neuvième Cercle visés par une fermeture définitive.

Montréal et Dublin:

Des shérifs professionnels formés se préparent à mettre une fin définitive aux sacrifices rituels Catholiques du Neuvième Cercle dans les églises de Montréal au Canada et de Dublin, en Irlande, cet été et cet automne, et à arrêter et inculper les participants de meurtres.

Les shérifs sont actuellement en cours de formation au sein de nos Unités d’Action Directe mises en place par le Tribunal de Droit Coutumier de la Haute Cour de Justice à  Bruxelles, et leurs dizaines d’affiliés locaux.

Une information en provenance du Tribunal par le Bureau du Shérif énonce que :

“Nous visons deux cathédrales où des rituels meurtriers de bébés par le Neuvième Cercle sont planifiés le 15 août, et lors de la nouvelle lune en Septembre, à savoir la Pro-Cathédrale (Sainte-Marie) de Dublin et la cathédrale Marie Reine-du-Monde à Montréal. Toutes les personnes présentes seront arrêtées et traduites en justice devant le Tribunal pour présomption de meurtres sur enfant. Nous utiliserons tous les moyens et la force nécessaires pour sauver la vie de ces enfants.”

Le Bureau du Shérif notifiera ses intentions à la police, La Garda de Dublin et demandera son assistance. A Montréal, les forces de police considérées comme les agents des criminels inculpés de la  “Couronne d’Angleterre”, recevront l’ordre de démissionner, et de ne pas intervenir dans les opérations des shérifs, et seront poursuivis pour complicité de crimes, et obstruction à la justice, s’ils devaient intervenir.

Une Nouvelle République du Canada : Le Tribunal de Droit Coutumier recevra la légitimité Constitutionnelle

De Winnipeg:

A la suite de la condamnation criminelle et de l’abrogation légale du chef de l’Etat du  Canada, Elizabeth Windsor pour Crimes contre l’Humanité, des patriotes à travers le Canada se rassembleront  à Winnipeg en Octobre prochain lors d’une  Convention constitutionnelle pour établir une République souveraine au Canada  afin de remplacer l’autorité de la soi-disant  “Couronne”.

La Convention va établir une Proclamation d’Indépendance et une Constitution qui sera ratifiée par le peuple du Canada. Cela posera les fondements légitimes pour la mise en place des Tribunaux de Droit Coutumier, comme autorité de droit, reconnus à travers tout le Canada.

Kevin Annett, un conseiller auprès du conseil Provisoire de la République, basé à Winnipeg, a dit aujourd’hui, lors d’une allocution conjointe avec le président du conseil Cameron Shields,
“Une femme à Londres, Elizabeth Windsor, possède toutes les terres et les ressources naturelles de notre pays et a assassiné, et peut tuer des enfants selon son bon plaisir.  Elle prétend également être à la tête de l’Etat du Canada. Dorénavant, nous ne vivrons plus en étant soumis à une telle tyrannie, ni le permettrons à nos enfants. Selon le Droit  il n’y a plus d’autorité légitime actuelle. Nous devons créer cette autorité et revenir au système juridique du Droit Coutumier, avec une véritable République. Nous demandons à chaque Canadien de nous rejoindre.”

La Convention se tiendra  entre le 27 et 31 octobre 2014. Cela permettra de créer les fondements de la constitution pour rendre légitimes les Tribunaux de Droit Coutumier au Canada et pour la dissolution légale de la  Couronne d’Angleterre et de son parrain, l’Eglise de Rome.

Dernier commentaire : Le viol d’enfant n’est pas un crime pour le  Catholicisme – l’aveu de l’archevêque est un appel à l’éveil :

L’archevêque catholique  Robert Carlson a indiqué cette semaine à des avocats américains “qu’il n’était pas au courant que le viol sur un enfant est un crime”.

Carlson est responsable de la dissimulation du trafic d’enfants par les prêtres dans son diocèse de Minneapolis et qui remonte jusqu’en 1980. (NBC News, le 10 Juin  2014)

Les remarques aberrantes de Carlson ne sont pas une anomalie ou une raison de crier au scandale : elles sont en réalité une description fidèle de la politique officielle et de l’attitude de l’Eglise Catholique. Le viol d’un enfant n’est pas un crime selon le “droit canon” Catholique (voir Crimen Sollicitationis, www.hiddennolonger.com , annexe 9), ni selon les valeurs dépravées du clergé et des officiels catholiques.

Lorsque Carlson exprime un doute sur le fait de savoir s’il est mal de violer un enfant,  nous devrions être à peine étonnés, voire surpris. Il a grandi dans une culture religieuse qui ferme les yeux et minimise le crime parce qu’elle bénéficie massivement de plusieurs milliards de dollars par an de revenus provenant de l’industrie interne du trafic d’enfants.

Combien de temps des politiciens dureraient-ils s’ils faisaient des remarques telles que celles de Carlson ?  L’Eglise de Rome, bien sûr, peut se permettre de tuer et d’émettre ce genre d’obscénité, et le fait tout le temps.

Donc pourquoi le monde continue-t-il à tolérer l’existence de cette église : La pire institution mondiale de meurtre d’enfants de toute l’histoire de  l’humanité ?

« Jamais plus de violence à l'encontre des enfants ! » : c'est l'appel du pape ce 21 juin 2014, en rencontrant la famille de Nicola (Cocò) Campolongo, 3 ans, tué par le crime organisé en janvier dernier.

Le pape a entamé ce matin, 21 juin 2014, sa visite à Cassano allo Ionio (ou Cassano all’Jonio), dans la province de Cosenza en Calabre – dans le sud de l’Italie. Premier geste de la visite : les prisonniers, auxquels il a exprimé « la proximité du pape et de l’Église ».

Arrivé aux environs de 9h30 à la prison de Castrovillari, à une quinzaine de kilomètres de Cassano, le pape y a rencontré la mère, le père et les deux grand-mères du petit Cocò.

« Jamais plus de violence sur les enfants ! Que plus jamais un enfant ne vive cette souffrance ! Jamais plus de victime de la N’Drangheta (mafia calabraise, ndlr) ! », s'est-il exclamé.

Le pape a assuré qu'il priait "beaucoup" pour Cocò et "pour tous les enfants victimes de cette souffrance", invitant à « ne pas désespérer ». Il avait déjà dénoncé ce crime, demandant de prier pour la conversion des criminels, lors de l'angélus du 28 janvier (cf. Zenit du 28 janvier 2014).

Mgr Nunzio Galantino, évêque de Cassano all’Jonio, qui était aux côtés du pape, évoque au micro de Radio Vatican "un moment très intense": "Les femmes ont pleuré et l'émotion était générale".

WASHINGTON (AP) — An openly transgender Episcopal priest is set to preach at Washington National Cathedral.

The Rev. Dr. Cameron Partridge, the Episcopal chaplain at Boston University, will be a guest preacher on Sunday. He'll be the first openly transgender priest to preach from Canterbury Pulpit at the cathedral.

The Right Rev. Gene Robinson, the first openly gay Episcopal bishop, will preside at the service. It's part of the cathedral's celebration of LGBT pride month.

The service will also include readings and prayers from members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

The Very Rev. Gary Hall, dean of the cathedral, says he hopes Partridge's appearance "will send a symbolic message in support of greater equality for the transgender community."

Plus rien ne nous surprend au sein de l’Eglise épiscopalienne (anglicane). Après s’être félicitée d’avoir nommé le premier Evêque homosexuel (Gene Robinson), cette église apostate se réjouit…




…d’avoir permis à un premier prêtre transgenre de prêcher l’Evangile – heu pardon… de prêcher sur les discriminations à l’encontre des homosexuels et des transgenres – dans la Cathédrale de Washington. Et ce merveilleux sermon a été prononcé à l’occasion d’une grande campagne d’évangélisation – heu pardon… lors du mois des fiertés LGBT -, un événement organisé par l’église.


Âgé de 40 ans, Cameron Partrige est une ancienne femme transformée en homme, mariée à une femme et père de deux enfants… Et c’est ce que l’on appelle un "progrès" !

Pour la petite histoire Fait-Religieux raconte : "Le révérend Cameron Partridge s’est d’abord appelé Katherine. Pendant ses études au Bryn Mawr College, une université américaine très sélective réservée aux femmes, Katherine fait son coming-out et se déclare lesbienne. Elle n’entame le lent processus de changement de sexe qu’après avoir terminé son doctorat de théologie à Harvard. Sa compagne de l’époque décide de la soutenir dans cette démarche. Tous deux vivent à présent comme un couple lambda avec leur deux enfants dans la banlieue de Boston".

Suite à cette cérémonie religieuse où le Christ était le grand absent, le doyen de la cathédrale – le révérend Gary Hall -, a déclaré espérer que l’apparence du pasteur Cartridge allait «envoyer un message symbolique pour plus d’égalité en faveur de la communauté transgenre».

Il y a 2000 ans, un certain "Jésus" rêvait du Salut des âmes, de la délivrance des captifs et de la formation de disciples dans toutes les nations… aujourd’hui l’église Episcopalienne espère aider les transgenres. Cherchez l’erreur…

Seeking to mobilize a global front against anti-gay violence and discrimination, Vice President Joe Biden declared Tuesday that protecting gay rights is a defining mark of a civilized nation and must trump national cultures and social traditions.

Biden told a gathering of U.S. and international gay rights advocates that President Barack Obama has directed that U.S. diplomacy and foreign assistance promote the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender men and women around the world.

“I don’t care what your culture is,” Biden told about 100 guests at the Naval Observatory’s vice presidential mansion. “Inhumanity is inhumanity is inhumanity. Prejudice is prejudice is prejudice.”

With anti-gay laws taking root in nearly 80 countries, Biden and other top White House officials met with religious, human rights and HIV health care advocates in a forum dedicated to promoting gay rights internationally.

Biden, who has emerged as a leading gay rights advocate within the Obama administration ever since he got ahead of Obama in declaring his support for gay marriage, said that across U.S government agencies officials have been instructed to make the promotion of gay rights abroad a priority.

Where countries fail to move toward protections of LGBT people, he warned, “there is a price to pay for being inhumane.” Among those at the evening reception were leading gay rights activists and the ambassadors from Britain, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland.

            I think it has already happened to a great extent. I believe Islam is deep within our government and has taken over most of our Universities. With this common core they are in full swing to take over our public Schools. We once were a loaner nation now we are a debtor nation. I don’t think we can turn the ship around and avoid judgment but we certainly could see it prolonged if the Church would recognize her condition. We are the lukewarm Church no way around it. I think Islam is going to be used to chastise the Church hopefully wake us up. Islam plans on using the same model they used to take over Europe. My only fear is we will revolt against Islam yet usher in something more deceptive. We still have a lot going for us. We fail to see all the support that goes out to missions but if something is not done to save the home sending Country thee will be nothing left to support missions. In other countries they are seeing revival. Like China for one. We are being torn apart on so many fronts it’s hard to even list them all.
            To be honest I heard a story today about a man named Norman. I realized I know a little bit about Bible theology but I know nothing about being a Christian. I get to where I need to be but it’s only for minutes and it needs to be for days weeks months and years. In search of the broken Christian where can I find this person that I might learn what it is to be truly broken. I believe if we really seen our Country our World at large, the Church and especially ourselves our Churches would be filled up with people weeping in agony & praying for intervention from the living God of heaven. Where is the broken Christian? Being honest once again I have looked away from things I know I was supposed to stay focused on. Children for one persecuted Christians another, abortion, evolution and the lost. I need my face rubbed in it some more. I want to talk about the things no one wants to look at or even talk about. The living God of heaven sees them why do we continue to look away as if nothing is wrong. Because it does not effect us but it should. Were is the William Booth of today? Where is the George Muller of today? Where is the Billy Sunday of today? In today’s world many Christians would be speaking out against Billy Sunday for his harsh no compromise stance on alcohol.
            We should be broken from seeing all the things going on around us. Look at Jeremiah then look at us Christians today it seems nothing bothers us to the point of weeping with our God. We need preachers to point out pictures like this to us and ask us how we can sleep at night with out praying for such a hurt little boy. We need to get preachers to point out the things that war brings. The Church should be a force to be reckoned with a force ready to go into action a people ready to engage evil.

            One would think we the Christians find out that things like human trafficking are taking place within our boarders we would do something about it. One would think it would cause us to weep to cry out to God asking Him to end it no matter what it takes even if it is our own lives.
            We have the leaders we deserve our country is a reflection of our own spiritual condition. We can point the finger all day long at lost sinners but exactly what do we expect lost sinners to act like other than lost sinners?
            I think Leonard Ravenhill summed it up well. Even if all the Christians get rounded up and sent to jails it will be a good thing because it will weed out the liberal Christians and it will bring us all together so that we become a loud voice for the Lord Jesus Christ once again

The people do not understand the principles that they endear were born out of the Norman conquest of England and the intertwining of Anglo-Saxon traditions. Beginning with King Henry I and then Henry II came the foundations of what the colonies aspired to. They were at their height during the Articles of Confederation. But they were rent asunder with the federal constitution and what George Washington accomplished during his time as president. There is much that happened that the people have not even an inkling of.
        Whether it be the writ of habeas corpus, the right to a trial by jury or a representative form of government, all of this came out from England and nowhere else. The Great Compact in England was in direct opposition to what was happening in the rest of Europe. The papacy found its way into what slowly became the Holy Roman Empire but had but a foothold in England and nothing more. Yet the people of this nation have little knowledge of such things and thereby are unable to throw off the yoke that binds them. The history of England and its development is unique among the nations of the world. The US is but an offshoot of that but is still, by treaty, attached to England.

White House national security adviser Susan E. Rice took time away from a variety of global security emergencies Tuesday to promote international gay rights, calling it “among the most challenging human rights issues we face.”

The president’s top national security aide told about 200 gay-rights activists that the Obama administration is fostering gay rights in the U.S. to serve as an example for the rest of the world. She said President Obama has ordered a diplomatic and financial effort to promote the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender men and women around the world.

“Protecting and upholding human rights, especially for our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender brothers and sisters, is work to which we are all called,” Ms. Rice said. “America’s support for LGBT rights is not just a national cause but it’s also a global enterprise.”

The Obama administration has made gay rights a centerpiece of its foreign policy. The U.S. imposed visa bans last week on Ugandan officials for corruption and for violating the rights of gay people, and canceled a military exercise due to the country’s anti-gay sex law.

Uganda approved a law in February allowing possible life sentences for those convicted of engaging in gay sex.

Mr. Obama has carried the human rights message abroad, for example, urging leaders in Senegal last year to extend equal rights to gays and lesbians. Senegal’s president rejected Mr. Obama’s message, saying his country “still isn’t ready” to decriminalize homosexuality.

Seven countries have laws imposing death sentences for gay sex, and Brunei, a sovereign Islamic state in Southeast Asia, could become the eighth.
When Ms. Rice took the stage Tuesday, she received a hug from Norman L. Eisen, U.S. ambassador to the Czech Republic, and an enthusiastic ovation from activists in the audience. Referring to her busy portfolio that includes pressing national security problems in Iraq, Syria, Ukraine and elsewhere, Ms. Rice joked, “I should come back here every day, because I’m not getting that kind of love anywhere else.”

She also has been the administration’s lightning rod on Benghazi ever since she put forward the administration’s now-discredited “talking points” in 2012 blaming the terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate on rioting over an anti-Islam video. Four Americans, including ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, were killed in the assault.

Ms. Rice said the U.S. has a duty to lead the world on stopping discrimination against gays, because nearly 80 nations have laws encouraging bias against LGBT citizens. She cited Nigeria, Uganda, Russia and Brunei as countries with especially poor human rights records for gays.

“Unfortunately, in too many places, being gay or transgender is enough to make someone the target of slurs, torments, and violence,” she said.
“Abuse is often encouraged by custom and by local authorities who look the other way, or worse. But cultural differences do not excuse human rights violations.”

The White House allowed media coverage of Ms. Rice’s speech, but officials kept the rest of the forum on global LGBT human rights out of public view. Reporters were not allowed to cover other speakers or panel discussions, held in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building adjacent to the White House. Participants included advocates representing LGBT rights groups from 10 countries, and more than 100 representatives of American religious groups, businesses and philanthropies, as well as organizations advocating for people with HIV.

One of the groups participating in the forum, the American Jewish World Service, urged Mr. Obama to appoint a special envoy for global LGBT rights in the State Department.

“Given the grave challenges faced by LGBT people in 77 countries where homosexuality is illegal and the increased anti-LGBT actions of governments worldwide, we call on President Obama to build on his unparalleled and historic support of LGBT rights,” said Robert Bank, the group’s executive vice president, Secretary of State John F. Kerry said during a gay pride event last week that one of his goals is to ensure that lesbian, bisexual and transgender ambassadors represent the U.S. abroad.

Speaking at a GLIFAA (formerly Gays and Lesbians in Foreign Affairs Agencies) Pride event at the State Department, Mr. Kerry said that, if confirmed as an envoy to Vietnam, Ted Osius would be the sixth openly gay U.S. ambassador currently in service.

“[Mr. Osius] will be the first openly LGBT officer nominated to serve as an ambassador in Asia,” Mr. Kerry said. “I’m working hard to ensure that by the end of my tenure, we will have lesbian, bisexual and transgender ambassadors in our ranks as well.”

When Uganda signed its anti-gay law bill in February, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni blasted the U.S. for saying the law would complicate its relationship with the country.

“We Africans never seek to impose our view on others,” Mr. Museveni said. “If only they could let us alone. We have been disappointed for a long time by the conduct of the West. There is now an attempt at social imperialism.”

PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania pastor who broke church law by presiding over his son's same-sex wedding ceremony and then became an outspoken activist for gay rights can return to the pulpit after a United Methodist Church appeals panel on Tuesday overturned a decision to defrock him.

The nine-person panel ordered the church to restore Frank Schaefer's pastoral credentials, saying the jury that convicted him last year erred when fashioning his punishment. He was then transferred to the more progressive California conference of the church, effective July 1.

"I've devoted my life to this church, to serving this church, and to be restored and to be able to call myself a reverend again and to speak with this voice means so much to me," an exultant Schaefer told The Associated Press, adding he intends to work for gay rights "with an even stronger voice from within the United Methodist Church."

The church suspended Schaefer, of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, for officiating his son's 2007 wedding, then defrocked him when he refused to promise to uphold the Methodist law book "in its entirety," including its ban on clergy performing same-sex marriages.

Schaefer appealed, arguing the decision was wrong because it was based on an assumption he would break church law in the future.

The appeals panel, which met in Linthicum, Maryland, last week to hear the case, upheld a 30-day suspension that Schaefer has already served and said he should get back pay dating to when the suspension ended in December.

Bishop Peggy Johnson of the church's eastern Pennsylvania conference said Tuesday she would abide by the panel's decision and return him to active service.

The ruling can be appealed to the Methodist church's highest court. The pastor who prosecuted Schaefer, the Rev. Christopher Fisher, said he has not made a decision about an appeal.

"I'm still in prayerful consideration about that," said Fisher, calling Tuesday's decision "not entirely unexpected."

At his request, Schaefer accepted a transfer to the California-Pacific Annual Conference, said Bishop Minerva G. Carcano, who said he would appoint the pastor to the Isla Vista Student Ministry in Santa Barbara.

The issue of gay marriage has long roiled the United Methodist Church, the nation's second-largest Protestant denomination. Hundreds of Methodist ministers have publicly rejected church policies that allow gay members but ban "self-avowed practicing homosexuals" from becoming clergy and forbid ministers from performing same-sex marriages.

Traditionalists say clergy have no right to break church law just because they disagree with it. Some conservative pastors are calling for a breakup of the denomination, which has 12 million members worldwide, saying the split over gay marriage is irreconcilable.

Schaefer said Tuesday's decision "signals a major change within the United Methodist Church, for sure."

The appeals panel, however, suggested it was not making a broader statement about the church's position on homosexuality but based its decision solely on the facts of Schaefer's case.

The jury's punishment was illegal under church law, the appeals panel concluded, writing in its decision that "revoking his credentials cannot be squared with the well-established principle that our clergy can only be punished for what they have been convicted of doing in the past, not for what they may or may not do in the future."

The decision also noted that Schaefer's son had asked him to perform the wedding; that the ceremony was small and private, held not in a Methodist church but in a Massachusetts restaurant; and that Schaefer did not publicize the wedding until a member of his congregation learned of it and filed the complaint in April 2013.

DENVER (Reuters) – A U.S. appeals court ruled on Wednesday that conservative Utah may not ban gay couples from marrying, a decision that capped a day of victories for same-sex nuptials and nudges the issue closer to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The ruling by a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Denver-based 10th Circuit marked the first time that a regional appeals court has made such a decision in the year since the Supreme Court ordered the federal government to extend benefits to legally married same-sex couples.

The decision came as a federal district judge in Indiana joined a growing chorus of jurists who have struck down state gay marriage bans as unconstitutional in rulings that could substantially expand U.S. gay marriage rights if upheld.

“A state may not deny the issuance of a marriage license to two persons, or refuse to recognize their marriage, based solely upon the sex of the persons in the marriage union,” the 10th Circuit said in its 2-1 ruling on Utah.

But the panel placed its ruling on hold pending anticipated legal challenges. Utah Governor Gary Herbert, a Republican, said he was disappointed, and the state attorney general’s office said it would appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

“All Utahns deserve clarity and finality … and that will only come from the Supreme Court,” Herbert said in a statement.

The Mormon church, which wields big political and social influence in Utah, said in a statement it had always supported traditional marriage and hoped the nation’s highest court would uphold that view.

Supporters of same-sex marriage gathered at a park in the shadow of the Mormon church’s downtown Salt Lake City headquarters Wednesday evening to celebrate.

“It’s one step closer to equal rights,” said Maggie Snyder, 60, who married her 73-year-old partner, Kristen Reis, last fall in California. “We never thought that we would live to see this happen.”

The ruling also prompted the clerk of Boulder County, Colorado, to begin issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples. The state’s attorney general, however, said they were invalid.

Utah briefly became the 18th U.S. state to allow gay marriage when a federal district judge ruled in December that a state ban on gay matrimony was unconstitutional.

That decision was ultimately put on hold by the U.S. Supreme Court pending appeals but not before more than 1,300 gay and lesbian couples married. Their status remains in limbo.

‘FREEDOM OF CHOICE’

Utah lawmakers who oppose gay marriage had argued that a state constitutional amendment banning such unions was approved by voters and that same-sex unions were new enough that evidence about their impact on families might not fully be known.

But the court said the state could not link the right to marry to issues surrounding procreation.

“We cannot embrace the contention that children raised by opposite-sex parents fare better than children raised by same-sex parents,” the panel said.

Responding to Utah’s argument that same-sex marriage was too new to be rooted in tradition, the panel cited a 1967 Supreme Court ruling invalidating laws against interracial marriage, saying tradition was not at issue.

At least 19 U.S. states and the District of Columbia already allow gay marriage, while nine additional states including Utah and Indiana are awaiting final appeal court decisions after lower courts ruled in favor of such unions.

A U.S. district judge in Indiana ruled that state’s gay marriage ban as unconstitutional on Wednesday and ordered officials to start issuing marriage licenses.

In Marion County, home to Indianapolis, the clerk’s office said the first same-sex couple arrived moments after the decision. By 9:45 pm., officials had issued 219 licenses and married more than 150 couples.

Indiana’s attorney general asked for a stay of the ruling by U.S. District Judge Richard Young, pending appeal.

THE VATICAN last night dismissed suggestions that the God our father had any knowledge of sexual abuse scandals committed by 4,392 Catholic priests over the past 60 years.

A spokesperson for the Vatican denied that God, 84tn-years-old, knew about the ongoing molestations prior to the first reported case twenty five years ago.

The supernatural creator and overseer of the universe is named with hundreds of other church officials in a letter written in 2005 suggesting he, and all those who worked for him, were aware of paedophile priests.

Yesterday, Vatican spokesman Fr. Federico Lombardi said he only learned about the allegations against God earlier this year when a copy of the letter was emailed to him, and was “shocked” by the news of the charges.

He said in a statement to WWN yesterday that God the almighty did not know anything about the scandal and was oblivious to the goings on in the church for most of its history.

Reading from the statement, Fr. Lombardi said: “The Lord stated categorically that he knew nothing of any misbehaviour committed by any priest between the years 1950 and 1985.

“God delegated the religion to the Vatican over 2000 years ago” = Read Revelation 17. God condemn this Babylonian church. Yeschoua is the head of the church, not the Vatican.

“He was totally unaware of any wrong doing.”

However, God did not respond to the allegations personally yesterday.

Lombardi said things were pretty hectic in the kingdom of heaven at the moment and that God was very busy creating really important stuff.
The letter surfaces in the midst of mounting scrutiny over Gods ‘laxadaisy‘ attitude.

Pope Francis said God now needs to react to the controversy like a “bolt of lightning”

“These allegations are ludicrous,” he said. “You can’t just accuse God the almighty of something and then expect to get away with it. The next few years are going to be tough on us all.”

PHILADELPHIA (NNS) -- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) championed diversity and inclusiveness June 26 during the Philadelphia naval agency's first Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month Program.

The diversity celebration, coming on the heels of Pennsylvania's recent legalization of gay marriage, was among the first of its kind to be sponsored by a naval activity in the Philadelphia area.

The program kicked off with a live performance of Nat King Cole's "Let There Be Love" by the Jazz Feds, a four-piece band comprised of NAVSUP WSS and defense agency DLA Troop Support employees, and moved into three presentations, starting with poignant opening remarks from NAVSUP WSS leadership.

"[Life is] about our right to life and liberty and the pursuit of all the things that make us happy," said Capt. J.B. Theriault, NAVSUP WSS comptroller. "It's events like this one that are helping groups in our society that still don't understand that we are all God's creatures - and we all deserve the freedom to be who we truly are and love who we want to love."

Then, NAVSUP WSS Logistics Engineering Change Proposal analyst and team leader Karen Faber shared her own hardships and hopes in her personal story about Navy civilian Pride.

"When I thought about speaking today, so many words came to mind. I narrowed them down to just three: choice, pride, and equality," Faber said. "If one's sexuality is as intrinsic a part of one's identity as gender or skin color, then I do not want any special treatment."

The audience gave her a standing ovation before she welcomed to the stage the keynote speaker: D. Bruce Hanes Esq., Montgomery County Register of Wills, Clerk of Orphans Court.

In 2013, Hanes garnered media attention and state officials' ire by issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples out of his Montgomery County office despite the state law prohibiting the practice.

"Just because you might find a particular activity distasteful doesn't mean you have a right to pass a law and discriminate against the people who cannot change who they are," said Hanes.

"This is not a done deal. The issue of same-sex marriage is just part of the continuum of equality," Hanes continued. "That continuum requires more work. There are still other forms of discrimination that are out there. The people that are responsible for it have to be taught, have to learn, have to be acculturated."

Organized by the NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia Command Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Committee, the event also featured a Command presentation to Hanes from Theriault on behalf of NAVSUP WSS Commander Rear Adm. John G. King.

La pop star britannique Elton John a qualifié de "merveilleux" le pape François et affirmé que Jésus aurait soutenu l'idée du mariage homosexuel, dans une interview à Sky News diffusée aujourd'hui.

"Le nouveau pape est merveilleux", a déclaré le chanteur de 67 ans, ouvertement gay et engagé dans la défense des droits des homosexuels. "Je suis tellement enthousiasmé par son humanité, par sa façon de se concentrer sur une foi faite d'humilité". "Il ramène les choses à l'essentiel, en disant que tout est simplement une question d'amour, de rassembler les gens, sans exception", a-t-il ajouté, jugeant que "l'Eglise (anglicane) d'Angleterre doit aussi encourager cela".

Le chanteur s'est prononcé pour la possibilité pour les membres du clergé du même sexe de se marier, et contre le célibat des prêtres catholiques. "La hiérarchie de l'Eglise, les traditionalistes sont peut-être scandalisés mais les temps ont changé. Si Jésus était vivant aujourd'hui, je ne peux pas imaginer (...) ce grand homme dire que cela ne peut pas se produire", a ajouté Elton John.

La pop star a aussi estimé que la situation des homosexuels avait connu un "recul ces 18 derniers mois" dans certaines zones du monde, et indiqué qu'il essaierait de rencontrer le président Vladimir Poutine en Russie en novembre. "Je vais essayer de parler avec lui. La seule façon d'arriver à des solutions c'est de parler à ces gens", a dit la pop star, qui avait déjà dénoncé lors de concerts à Moscou en décembre dernier la loi russe réprimant la "propagande" de l'homosexualité.

Interrogé sur son projet de mariage avec son compagnon de longue date, David Furnish, il a indiqué que cette union ne serait "sans doute pas possible avant l'année prochaine". Le mariage des deux hommes, déjà unis dans le cadre d'un partenariat civil et parents de deux garçons nés de mères porteuses, sera une affaire "très discrète", a-t-il répété.

Upcoming Synod to Address Challenging Issues Pertaining to Marriage, Family, Sexual Morality

The pastoral care of men and women in same-sex partnerships will be among the more complex topics studied during the forthcoming Extraordinary Synod on the Family: The Pastoral Challenges of the Family in the Context of Evangelization

This study will be based upon a Preparatory Document “questionnaire” which assessed where Catholics stand on issues pertaining to family issues and sexual morality – including the issue of same-sex unions. The responses to this questionnaire have been summarized in an Instrumentum Laboris (working document), which was presented today at the Vatican Press Office.

The working document dedicates a section to “Concerning Unions of Persons of the Same Sex,” where it addresses various pastoral considerations, such as the civil recognition of same-sex unions, the challenges brought about by gender ideology, and the pastoral care of children of same-sex couples.

Civil Recognition

With regard to the civil recognition of same-sex couples, the working document highlights Catholic Church teaching, explaining that while “there are absolutely no grounds for considering homosexual unions to be in any way similar or even remotely analogous to God's plan for marriage and family,” it is nonetheless true that “men and women with homosexual tendencies ‘must be accepted with respect, compassion and sensitivity. Every sign of unjust discrimination in their regard should be avoided’” (Congregation for the Doctrine of the FaithConsiderations regarding Proposals to Give Legal Recognition to Unions between Homosexual Persons, 4).

It was also noted that the responses received from the questionnaire varied according to the socio-cultural, religious and political context. Consequently, the episcopal conferences highlighted three contexts in which this applies. First, “when repressive and punitive measures are taken in reaction to the phenomenon of homosexuality in all its aspects, especially when the public manifestation of homosexuality is prohibited by civil law. Some responses indicate that, in this context, the Church provides different forms of spiritual care for single, homosexual people who seek the Church’s assistance.”

The second instance observed is one where “homosexual behavior is not punished, but simply tolerated until it becomes visible or public. In this context, legislation on civil unions between persons of the same sex does not usually exist.” However, it goes on to note an “increasing tendency is to adopt laws providing for registered partnerships or so-called ‘marriage’ between persons of the same sex” on the basis of being anti-discriminatory.

The third context is “one where States have introduced legislation recognizing civil unions or so-called ‘marriages’ between homosexual persons” sometimes resulting in the legal redefinition of marriage.  In such cases, “the couple is viewed only in legal terms, with such references as ‘equal rights’ and ‘non-discrimination’ without any thought to a constructive dialogue in the matter based on the deeper anthropological issues involved and the centrality of the integral well-being of the human person, especially the integral well-being of the children in these unions.” In countries where such unions are legaly recognized, same-sex couples are often permitted to adopt children
.

An Evaluation of the Particular Churches

The document notes that episcopal conferences seek a “a balance between the Church's teaching on the family and a respectful, non-judgmental attitude towards people living in such unions.” However: “the extreme reactions to these unions, whether compromising or uncompromising, do not seem to have facilitated the development of an effective pastoral programme which is consistent with the Magisterium and compassionate towards the persons concerned.”

One of the primary challenges affecting the Church’s pastoral care on the issue arise from the promotion of gender identity. “In some places, this ideology tends to exert its influence even at the elementary level, spreading a mentality which, intending to eliminate homophobia, proposes, in fact, to undermine sexual identity.”

It has been observed that, in countries with legislation pertaining to the legality of same-sex unions, “many of the faithful express themselves in favour of a respectful and non-judgmental attitude towards these people and a ministry which seeks to accept them.” However, it is noted that this acceptance does not indicate “that the faithful give equal status to heterosexual marriage and civil unions between persons of the same sex. Some responses and observations voice a concern that the Church’s acceptance of people in such unions could be construed as recognition of their union.”

Some Pastoral Guidelines

The working document addresses some of the complex considerations in offering pastoral care to those actively living the homosexual lifestyle.

For instance, the distinction is made between caring for those “who have made a personal, and often painful, choice and live that choice discreetly so as not to give scandal to others, and those whose behaviour promotes and actively — often aggressively — calls attention to it.”

Some conferences have acknowledged “a certain unease at the challenge of accepting these people with a merciful spirit and, at the same time, holding to the moral teaching of the Church, all the while attempting to provide appropriate pastoral care which takes every aspect of the person into consideration.”

The responses touched on a variety of issues, such as the use of language in speaking about men and women with same-sex attraction, and the need “for theological study in dialogue with the human sciences to develop a multi-faceted look at the phenomenon of homosexuality.”

“The great challenge will be to develop a ministry which can maintain the proper balance between accepting persons in a spirit of compassion and gradually guiding them to authentic human and Christian maturity.”

However, the document acknowledges that “there is still no consensus in the Church on the specific way of receiving persons in [same-sex] unions,” but that “the first step would be a slow process of gathering information and distinguishing criteria of discernment for not only ministers and pastoral workers but also groups and ecclesial movements.”

The Transmission of the Faith to Children in Same Sex Unions

Finally, the document addresses the issue of care for children of same-sex couples.

“The responses are clearly opposed to legislation which would allow the adoption of children by persons in a same-sex union, because they see a risk to the integral good of the child, who has the right to have a mother and father, as pointed out recently by Pope Francis (cf. Address to Members of the International Catholic Child Bureau (BICE), 11 April 2014 ).”

However, in response to whether children living in such situations ought to be allowed baptism, “almost all the responses emphasize that the child must be received with the same care, tenderness and concern which is given to other children.”

“Clearly, the Church has the duty to ascertain the actual elements involved in transmitting the faith to the child. Should a reasonable doubt exist in the capability of persons in a same sex union to instruct the child in the Christian faith, proper support is to be secured in the same manner as for any other couple seeking the baptism of their children.”

With preparations for the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Synod on the Family of Bishops underway, organizers are seeking new ways to bring the synod's message out to the world.

Yesterday, the Vatican presented the results of a worldwide consultation, conducted as part of the lead-up to the meeting, which addressed a variety of pastoral topics, including same-sex 'marriage', reception of the sacraments for divorced and remarried couples, and the promotion of openness to life.

These results of the questionnaire, summarized in an Instrumentum Laboris (working document), will be the basis for the examinations and analysis to be made by the Synod Fathers during the gathering.

The document offers a “panoramic view of the issues of the world,” said Fr. Thomas Rosica, CEO of the Salt and Light Network and English-language assistant to director of the Holy See Press Office, Fr. Federico Lombardi.

He told ZENIT that “certain countries have set forth an agenda of what they would like the Synod to accomplish or to discuss.” For instance, the question of reception of Sacraments by divorced or remarried is important, while other parts of the world are seeking clarification on the issue of same-sex 'marriage'. There is also the question of polygamy: “We may not have to deal with the issues of polygamy in North America, but in Africa it’s a very serious issue," Fr. Rosica said.

“I really appreciated in the Instrumentum Laboris the very good reflection it was of all that stuff that poured in after the questionnaire went out,” he said. “It shows that there are some questions here that we need to answer.”

With regard to the organization of this year’s Synod, which will focus on The Pastoral Challenges of the Family in the Context of Evangelization, Fr. Rosica said some aspects will be a little different from previous gatherings.

“There are many things that are unique about this Synod,” he said. “First of all, this is really a preparatory Synod for the big Synod of 2015. There’s a certain amount of hype and many expectations about this Synod which I think we have to put into perspective.”

Fr. Rosica, along with Fr. Manuel Dorantes, have been asked to serve as the official language assistants during the Synod on the Family.

Because the Synod will study issues pertaining to marriage, family, and sexual morality – including those that are controversial both within and outside the Church – it has generated increased interest in certain areas of Church teaching.

“Having served at two Synods,” Fr. Rosica said, “this Synod is unique and there’s a huge amount of interest from around the world – not just from the Catholic world, but from the secular world. Some of that interest is of concern to me because people think this is going to be some revolutionary Synod to overturn everything and change things. I don’t think that’s the case at all.”

“This is a Synod that’s dealing with the reality,” he said. “It’s not dealing with the world that we like to have, but the world that we do have, and how that world could be transformed by the message of Christ and the Church.”

Fr. Rosica also noted that there will be some changes made to procedural matters. These will be spelled out by Fr. Lombardi in the coming weeks, and will be aided by Fr. Rosica and Fr. Dorantes “to make sure that we present the Synod in the best possible light – not the Synod that the media would like, but the Synod as it’s taking place with the Church. [This is] because the Synod is an act of the Church, at the service of the world.”

Fr. Rosica also noted that there will be fewer papers during the Synod on the family, recalling an anecdote from a previous Synod in which Cardinal Rouco Varela joked that the theme of the Synod ought to have been papyrorum progressio – progression of papers – rather than populorum progressio.

“There’s a certain humor to that because the volume of papers and everything else, and texts and summaries, I wondered at times what purpose that served,” he said. “I think we’re going to see a much more refined process to really get the message out.”

DENVER • A federal appeals court ruled for the first time Wednesday that gay couples have a constitutional right to marry, extending the movement’s legal winning streak and bringing the issue a big step closer to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The three-judge panel in Denver ruled 2-1 that states cannot deprive people of the fundamental right to marry simply because they choose a partner of the same sex.

The court dismissed as “wholly illogical” the notion that allowing gays to wed could somehow undermine traditional marriage.

The decision by the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel upheld a lower-court ruling that struck down Utah’s gay marriage ban. It becomes law in the six states covered by the 10th Circuit: Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming. But the panel immediately put the ruling on hold pending an appeal.

The Utah attorney general’s office planned to appeal, but it was assessing whether to go directly to the U.S. Supreme Court or ask the entire 10th Circuit to review the ruling, spokeswoman Missy Larsen said.

Wednesday’s decision “takes us one step closer to reaching certainty and finality,” the office said in a statement.

After the ruling, the couples named in the appeal hugged, cried and exchanged kisses at a news conference outside their attorney’s offices in downtown Salt Lake City.

“This decision is an absolute victory for fairness and equality for all families in Utah, in every state in the 10th Circuit and every state in this great nation of the United States,” said their attorney, Peggy Tomsic.

Plaintiff Derek Kitchen said he and his partner, Moudi Sbeity, are “so proud to be a part of history.”

The decision gives increased momentum to a legal cause that already has compiled an impressive record in the lower courts after the Supreme Court last year struck down the federal Defense of Marriage Act. Since then, 16 federal and state judges have issued rulings siding with gay marriage advocates.

The latest of those rulings was in Indiana, where a federal judge threw out that state’s same-sex marriage ban Wednesday in a decision that immediately allows gay couples to wed. The Indiana and Utah rulings came just one day ahead of the anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court decision striking down part of a federal anti-gay marriage law.

The Utah ruling was especially significant because it was the first appellate court to conclude that last year’s Supreme Court decision means states cannot deny gays the ability to marry.

In 2012, an appellate court struck down California’s gay marriage ban but said it was only ruling on that law, not the broader constitutional questions. There were no such caveats in Wednesday’s 65-page decision.

Evan Wolfson, president of Freedom to Marry, said Utah’s legal victory was sweeter because of where it originated — a conservative, deeply religious state in the heart of the mountain West.

“What is so powerful here is that we have the first federal appellate court and ... it’s a case coming out of Utah affirming in the strongest, clearest, boldest terms that the Constitution guarantees the freedom to marry and equal protection for all Americans and all means all, including gay couples,” he said.

Within hours of the Utah decision, the Boulder County, Colo., clerk announced that she would issue marriage licenses to gay couples because Colorado’s gay marriage ban would be voided if the decision stands.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, based in Salt Lake City, said on its website that it maintains marriage should be between a man and a woman, but believes “all people should be treated with respect.”

In his dissent, Justice Paul J. Kelly Jr. said the 10th Circuit overstepped its authority and that states should be able to decide who can marry.

“We should resist the temptation to become philosopher-kings, imposing our views under the guise of the 14th Amendment,” Kelly wrote.More than 1,000 same-sex couples in Utah wed in December after the initial ruling in the case, before the Supreme Court issued a stay. Along with the Utah case, the 10th Circuit panel considered a challenge to Oklahoma’s ban. It did not immediately rule in that case Wednesday.

“While judges can, by judicial fiat, declare same-sex ‘marriage’ legal, they will never be able to make it right,” said Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council. “The courts, for all their power, can’t overturn natural law.”

Though the Utah and Oklahoma cases have been closely watched, it’s unclear if one of them will be the first to reach the Supreme Court. The high court could choose from cases moving through five other federal appellate courts and wouldn’t consider a case until next year at the earliest.

WORLD VISION CRIES “REFORM” – BUT WHAT ABOUT ISRAEL AND THE EMERGING CHURCH – THE STORY BEHIND THE STORY

According to a recent article by Christian News Network (CNN) titled “World Vision Under Internal Reformation After Support of Homosexuality?,” World Vision appears to be taking measures to “reform” the organization after their recent decision and 48-hour reversal to employ homosexual couples. Since that happened, according to the article, World Vision has lost 10,000 child supporters (equaling over 4 million dollars annually). According to CNN, “World Vision is asking board members to formally affirm a statement that marriage is between a man and a woman.”

CNN also reports that some board member changes are taking place at World Vision as well:

Jacquelline Fuller, director of corporate giving at Google, and John Park, another Google employee, left the board after the dust-up. Three other board members rotated off due to term limits. Rich Stearns [WV president], whose salary is reportedly near $400k per year, remains as president despite some initial talk that he could be fired for the controversy.


While such reforms may appear to be commendable signs that World Vision wants to be seen as a Christian organization after all, something the CNN article says reveals that World Vision’s reforms may not produce the “fruit” they appear to be wanting to create. The article states that the new board members will include Leith Anderson (president of the NAE) and Jerry White, president emeritus of the Christian ministry Navigators. Both Jerry White and Leith Anderson have been the subject of Lighthouse Trails articles because of their roles in the emerging “new” spirituality. And most likely, they will bring their views to the newly formed board at World Vision.

Leith Anderson, former pastor of mega church Wooddale Church in Minnesota, is discussed in Roger Oakland’s book Faith Undone. Oakland, in showing Anderson’s role in helping to form the emerging church in the 90s, states that, “Anderson says that the Word of God is still being written, and today’s experiences can dictate what that Word is.” Anderson says:

The old paradigm taught that if you had the right teaching, you will experience God. The new paradigm says that if you experience God, you will have the right teaching. This may be disturbing for many who assume propositional truth must always precede and dictate religious experience. That mindset is the product of systematic theology and has much to contribute … However, biblical theology looks to the Bible for a pattern of experience followed by proposition. The experience of the Exodus from Egypt preceded the recording of Exodus in the Bible. The experience of the crucifixion, the resurrection and Pentecost all predate the propositional declaration of those events in the New Testament. It is not so much that one is right and the other is wrong: it is more of a matter of the perspective one takes on God’s touch and God’s truth.



This minimization of doctrine and exaggerated emphasis on experience is typical of contemplative/emerging teachers. As well, in an interview with Leith Anderson, Anderson’s ecumenical propensities show through when he states:

And an amalgam of all kinds of religious ideas has taken hold of the grass roots. Whereas denominational leaders are increasingly saying, “Well, we’ve got to stand for our distinctives.” … Well, those denominational leaders are going down the wrong path!  (source)



And in a PBS profile of Leith Anderson, Anderson says:

I think that around the world there is a great deal of fear. I think war and terrorism and other issues have made people frightened and that has often driven them back to their social, ethnic and religious roots. And that has distanced people more than it has brought them together. What I would desire and hope for is that we would find our common ground, be able to be respectful of our differences, and be able to fairly hear one another in terms of what are our beliefs, and persuasively speak on behalf of our beliefs.



We find it ironic that World Vision has brought in the services of Leith Anderson when it was this idea of ecumenism and “common ground” that got World Vision into trouble in the first place. As journalist Paul Proctor explains in his article “Relationships and Religious Agendas,” a terrible breach in biblical integrity has occurred in the Christian church for the sake of relationships and unity at all costs:

Having now put so great an emphasis on our relationships with one another and the results we covet, no longer do we turn to the Bible for answers to the issues of life, instead, allowing the counsel of the compromised to compel us along with their practical advise and benevolent ventures, assuming they are anointed and appointed by God to do so. It is a sweet seduction with eternal consequences and a spiritual short cut for the shortsighted and undisciplined.



Scripture is clear that we are to let our yes be yes and our no be no, and there is a special judgment for those who name the name of Christ but are lukewarm (Revelation 3:16). It should be noted that Leith Anderson was also among those appointed by the present White House administration for the interfaith advisory council. But this shouldn’t be too surprising as World Vision has strong ties to the US government. According to the CNN article, World Vision “received nearly $179 million in grants of food and cash from the U.S. government and other agencies” in 2013.

Anderson, president of the National Evangelical Association, was also one of the signers of a document named “A Common Word Between Us and You,” which was an evangelical response to a Muslim document asking for “common ground” to be recognized between the two religions. While a number of popular evangelical leaders also signed the document (Rick Warren, Brian McLaren, Robert Schuller,Bill Hybels, Richard Cizik, and Jim Wallis), these leaders, including Anderson, appeared to be ignorant of the fact that the Muslim document  contained a rebuke and an Islamic warning as Mike Oppenheimer explains in his article “Chrislam – The Blending Together of Islam & Christianity.”

As for World Vision’s decision to bring aboard the Navigator’s president emeritus, Jerry White, the Navigators (NavPress) has become one of the leaders in bringing in contemplative/emerging spirituality into the church over the last 15 years (see links below). White was international president of The Navigators from 1986 until 2005. While we cannot say whether White knew what was happening at The Navigators regarding the shift toward the emerging church, if he did not know, then this was a serious lack of discernment at the highest leadership level and could repeat itself when he becomes a board member of World Vision. As an example of this, in 2007, Lighthouse Trails wrote an article titled “CMA (Christian Management Association) Goes Contemplative,”  where it was reported that Jerry White was at that time chairman of the board of directors at CMA (today he is not chairman but is still on the board). CMA is promoting contemplative/emerging spirituality. In their recommended books section, they include several contemplative/emerging authors: Ken Blanchard, Bill Hybels, Leonard Sweet, Dan Allender, and Daniel Goleman (author of The Meditative Mind). Goleman, a staunch proponent of mantra meditation sees meditation as a common ground between all the world’s religions, and his book is a type of manual on the basics of mysticism. . . .

On March 12-15, CMA will be presenting their 30th Annual Conference in Palm Springs . . . Workshops will include Spiritual Formation (i.e., contemplative spirituality) and other workshop speakers include Nancy Ortberg (wife of contemplative John Ortberg), and Phyllis Hendry (President of Lead Like Jesus) . . .

Articles in CMA magazine back up the association’s affinity with contemplative. One article called “The Soul of a Leader” talks about being intimately connected to God through spiritual disciplines and recommends Richard Foster, emergent Tony Jones, and Dallas Willard as authors to read.



Some may be wondering how World Vision came to the place where they decided to begin employing homosexual couples. Such a radical shift away from orthodox Christianity didn’t happen over night. As Lighthouse Trails has reported on numerous occasions, World Vision has been engaging with the emerging church for a long time. For instance, in 2006, we wrote:

In the Summer 2006 issue of World Vision’s magazine Child View, there is a full-page article by emerging church leader, Brian McLaren. . . . We contacted Jocelyn Bell (of World Vision Canada) who is an editor for Child View and was involved with the McLaren article. We shared our concerns with her about McLaren being in the World Vision magazine, relating to her specific information about McLaren’s theology. Ms. Bell responded with, “We don’t have a problem with Brian McLaren’s viewpoints.”  . . . Bell also told us that a weekly devotions group, which includes World Vision leaders and workers, was currently studying McLaren’s book, A Generous Orthodoxy. Ms. Bell told us that World Vision represents both Evangelicals and Protestants as well as Catholics. We asked her if it also included New Age Christians, of which McLaren is in that group. . . . Unfortunately, World Vision’s connections to contemplative/emerging do not stop with their promotion of McLaren. They also have a seat on the Board of Directors of the very contemplative Spiritual Formation Forum (Richard Foster and Dallas Willard) and are a Ministry Partner of the contemplative/emerging promoting Church Communication Network (originators of the Be Still project).



Another highly significant indicator as to where World Vision is heading came out in 2010 with the release of the anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian state film With God on Our Side. Steve Haas,  a VP of World Vision, was one of the strong proponents for the film, which was “aimed at changing the end-time views of evangelicals and the theology that says the Jews are God’s chosen people and have a divine right to the land of Israel,”1 said Jan Markell of Olive Tree Ministries. And in a video clip on the Internet (click here to view), you can watch Steve Haas talking in Israel to anti-Israel activist Steven Sizer. Haas talks about the financial support that World Vision has given through their program called Palestinian Church Engagement Initiative (PCEI) to help the Palestinian cause. We wonder how many World Vision donors realize that their donations have gone to hurt Israel (for more on the “Christian” Palestinianism issue, click here).

World Vision is trying to reverse some of the damage they have incurred when they made their pro-homosexual announcement recently. Thus,  some of the more “liberal” board members have left, with it looking like to the average Christian that they are replacing them with traditional evangelical Christians. While their testing of the waters to see how the church would accept their homosexual employee policy didn’t come out too well, rest assured that World Vision is not making any true reform. They are merely taking a few steps back and waiting until the time is right. Richard Stearn’s (the president of World Vision) book The Hole in Our Gospel
proves that the organization is not about biblical Christianity. According to a book review we posted, Stearn’s book  “is the newest danger to come against true Believers in the Church Age. It promotes a false gospel within a socialistic philosophy. It fails miserably in its hermeneutic, is ecumenical in focus, promotes human performance as a method of pleasing God, and believes people on earth can do good to ‘usher in the Kingdom.’”

So while World Vision is crying “reform” right now, and most likely this will be the story that the media, both secular and Christian, will pick up and run with, the real story behind the scene is that World Vision is part of the “new” spirituality/New Age “Christianity” that will help usher in the greatest deception this world has ever seen. And countless Christians’ tax-deductible dollars will help finance it.

Le père Gabriele Amorth, 85 ans, met en cause le défunt Mgr. Simeone Duca, ancien archiviste du Saint-Siège, qui aurait été l’organisateur de fêtes sexuelles à Rome, voire dans la cité vaticane. Il l’accuse indirectement du meurtre d’une jeune fille de 15 ans, Emanuela Orlandi, disparue en 1983 et présumée enterrée secrètement dans la crypte de l’église Sant’ Appolinare, dans le cercueil d’un capo mafieux, Enrico De Pedis.

Voilà des années que le mystère de la disparition d’Emanuela Orlandi émeut toute l’Italie, et des semaines que de nouvelles supputations donnent sa dépouille enterrée dans la sépulture, en l’église romaine Sant Appollinare, d’un chef mafieux, Enrico De Pedis, abattu à l’âge de 38 ans en 1990.

La tombe a été ouverte la semaine dernière, mais Mgr Pietro Vergari, en charge de la paroisse dans les années 1980, dément les supputations…

Pour lui, il s’agit d’une légende, et seuls de très anciens paroissiens auraient été enterrés dans son église (hormis la dépouille de De Pedis, qui se serait repenti en prison et se serait adonné à des bonnes œuvres).
 
Mais le très controversé exorciste officiel du Vatican, le père Amorth, n’a pas attendu les résultats des examens menés par le Labanof (laboratoire d’anthropologie et d’ondontologie légale) de Milan (attendus ces prochains jours…).

Pour l’exorciste, la jeune victime a été l’objet d’un trafic à caractère sexuel après enlèvement et l’instigateur n’aurait été autre que Mgr Simeone Duca, l’ancien archiviste décédé du Vatican. En sus, partie de la garde suisse et une « ambassade étrangère » proche de la nonciature apostolique (les Affaires étrangères vaticanes) serait impliquée, selon le père Amorth.

La Stampa, à laquelle l’exorciste a confié ses accusations, encore fort peu étayées, traite l’affaire avec circonspection.

D’une part, une toute autre hypothèse avait été précédemment avancée. De Pedis, capo de la Banda della Magliana, avait été victime d’un règlement de comptes de la part d’ex-associés.

La victime de l’enlèvement était la fille d’un employé du Vatican. L’ex-concubine de De Pedis, Sabrina Minardi, avait mis en cause le prélat américain, Mgr Paul Marcinkus, qui avait la haute main sur les finances du Vatican.

Ce dernier, de son vivant (il est mort en Arizona voici quatre ans), a toujours argué de son statut diplomatique pour se soustraire à toute enquête, que ce soit dans l’affaire du scandale de la banque Ambrosiano ou dans d’autres.

« Simple » enlèvement

Selon Sabrina Minardi, Mgr Marcinkus ou certains de ses associés mafieux auraient enlevé la jeune fille pour faire pression sur sa famille. Les faits seraient certes crapuleux, mais sans connotation sexuelle particulière.
 
La réticence de la rédaction de La Stampa provient aussi de la réputation de l’exorciste, peu en état de grâce dans la communauté ecclésiastique vaticane.
 
Parties fines
  
En matière de scandales sexuels, ces dernières années, le Vatican n’avait défrayé la chronique qu’à la suite d’allégations selon lesquelles des sœurs (surtout de jeunes religieuses africaines ou originaires de pays très pauvres) seraient exploitées par les prélats, servant de bonnes à tout faire et parfois de « distractions ».
 
Leur sort peu enviable obligerait certaines à se prostituer aux abords de l’agglomération romaine.
  
Mais le père Amorth va beaucoup plus loin. Selon lui, qui n’aurait jamais cru à un enlèvement du fait d’un « réseau international », l’adolescente aurait été la proie d’un cercle de « libertins » ou plutôt d’exploiteurs sexuels dont l’épicentre aurait été Mgr Simeone Duca, bénéficiant de complicités au sein des services de sécurité du Vatican et de ceux d’une « ambassade auprès du Saint-Siège ».
  
Le père Gabriele Amorth, nommé exorciste en 1986, a dénoncé souvent – il a écrit trois livres, traduits en France aux éds François-Xavier de Guibert – la présence de cercles satanistes au Vatican.
  
Il a aussi mis en cause l’influence néfaste de la saga des Harry Potter, la pratique du yoga, et abondé en déclarations.
 
Ainsi le pape Pie XII aurait tenté d’exorciser Adolf Hitler à distance, en vain.
  
Le père Amorth aurait pratiqué, selon ses dires, 45 000 exorcismes, pour des cas de possession, vexation, obsession et infestation. Il est parti en croisade contre les nouvelles règles régissant les exorcistes dans les diocèses, car il considère qu’elles limitent beaucoup trop leurs interventions et que les nouveaux rites sont inopérants.
  
Se serait-il mis de nouveau en avant pour faire parler de lui et de ses thèses ? Bien sûr, il s’en défend… Mais son tout dernier livre, écrit avec Rodari Paolo, paru aux éds Piemme fin février 2012, L’Ultimo esorcista, évoque déjà cette piste.
  
Pour le père Amorth, la bataille contre les puissances du mal et des ténèbres durera jusqu’à la fin des temps, mais, l’église catholique romaine ne croit plus, selon lui, à l’existence du démon.
 
Ses déclarations interviennent alors que la Conférence épiscopale italienne vient de se prononcer sur les cas d’abus sexuels et notamment à caractère pédophile.
  
Les archives de l’église ne doivent pas être obligatoirement accessibles à la justice ou à la police, mais le clergé est incité à coopérer avec les autorités civiles. Comme l’a résumé le titre d’Il Messaggero, « Pedofilia, vescovi: non siamo polizia, non siamo obbligati a denunciare ». Mgr Mariano Crociata vient de se prononcer, au nom des évêques italiens, en ce sens.
  
Pietro Orlandi, frère d’Emanuela, avait rapporté à la presse italienne que la directrice du chœur de l’église Sant’ Appolinare, sœur Dolores, se méfiait de don Piero Vergari, l’évêque chargé de la paroisse, conseillait aux jeunes filles de s’en écarter, dont Emanuela, et préférait elle-même faire ses dévotions dans d’autres églises. Mais Pino Nicotri, journaliste de L’Espresso, dans son livre Emanuela Orlandi, la verità, doute des hypothèses de Pietro Orlandi et penche plutôt pour un enlèvement orchestré qui aurait pu être connu du défunt pape Jean-Paul II (qu’il nomme Wojtyla).
  
Dans ce cas, les pistes suggérées seraient des trompe-l’œil, mieux valant, pour le Vatican, une sombre histoire de ballets bleus ou roses que la révélation d’affaires beaucoup plus complexes.

François Hollande deviendra-t-il, après René Coty, Charles De Gaulle, Valéry Giscard ou Jacques Chirac et Nicolas Sarkozy (mais non G. Pompidou ou F. Mitterrand, qui avaient décliné), « premier et unique chanoine honoraire de l’archibasilique majeure de Saint-Jean-de-Latran » ? Et dans la foulée chanoine de l’abbaye de Beauchêne de Cerizay (Deux-Sèvres) qui appartient aux chanoines réguliers du Latran ?
  
Succédera-t-il à Nicolas Sarkozy en tant que protochanoine d’Embrun, chanoine honoraire de Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne ou de Notre-Dame de Cléry ?
  
Comme le rapporte La Croix, les titres religieux honorifiques des présidents de la République française sont nombreux : il faut y ajouter ceux de chanoine honoraire de Saint-Hilaire de Poitiers, de Saint-Julien du Mans, Saint-Martin de Tours, Saint-Maurice (Angers), Saint-Jean (Lyon), Saint-Étienne (Cahors) et de la paroisse germanopratine parisienne.
  
Cette affaire restera sans doute interne à l’Italie et au Vatican, mais il n’est pas tout à fait exclu que sa résurgence puisse avoir une portée internationale.

NAVAL HEALTH RESEARCH CENTER AWARDED FIRST GRANT TO EXAMINE GENDER IN MILITARY SEXUAL ASSAULT

SAN DIEGO (NNS) -- A research team from Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) was awarded a grant to examine the gender differences in experiences of military sexual assault victimization, June 23.

This project marks one of the first tri-service efforts to create a scientific knowledge base for the sexual assault experiences of men in the military. Led by NHRC's Consortium on the Health and Readiness of Servicewomen (CHARS) and funded by the Tri-Service Nursing Research Program (TSNRP), it also marks the first project led by the CHARS initiative and first grant awarded to NHRC from TSNRP.

Most importantly, it marks the beginning of what the team hopes will be an informative study.

"Experts in the field, in both the military and civilian populations designed interventions, training, and medical care based on the scenario that the perpetrator was a male and the victim was a female," explained Dr. Cynthia Thomsen, a research psychologist and associate investigator for the project. "However, the little information available suggests there are probably some very important differences between what's happening to male and female victims."

The problem, the team agrees, is that significant research hasn't been done on the role gender plays in victimization. The team views this as an opportunity to expand the knowledge base.

"We're interested in the differences in the assaults that male and female service members experience, as well as differences in how they interpret or describe those experiences," noted Thomsen.

The DoD Annual Report on Sexual Assault in the Military estimates that 14,000 men and 12,000 women were victims of unwanted sexual contact among active duty forces in fiscal year 2012. Moreover, the results from the 2012 Workplace and Gender Relations Survey of Active Duty Members show that victimization experiences of men and women seem to be different.

Stephanie McWhorter, Chair of the Consortium on the Health and Readiness of Servicewomen (CHARS) and associate investigator for the project, highlighted the expertise that CHARS brings to the effort. McWhorter explained that the members of CHARS have different areas of expertise, but what they have in common is their interest in whether military service is different for men and women and if so, how.

"We acknowledge gender conditions people's experiences in the military," noted McWhorter. "And without looking at both genders, it's hard to make sense of what unique issues confront each of them."

The team planned a three-phased approach to the project starting with secondary analysis of existing data. They also plan to collaborate with the experts on military sexual assault from the Army, Air Force and Navy, including those who work directly with victims and experts from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

"We train nurses, therapists, advocates, and a host of other military personnel to assist victims of sexual assault and we want their expertise and experiences," explained Capt. Jacqueline Rychnovsky, the project's principal investigator and NHRC's commanding officer. "This also ties in why receiving funding from TSNRP is a good fit. Nurses are often on the front lines interacting with the victims when trust and timing is critical."

Phase two involves a brief, anonymous internet survey about challenging workplace relationships and phase three is where the team will conduct in depth interviews with a voluntary group of male and female military service members.

The team anticipates the study will conclude in 2016.

"Our research is timely and it may have implications for sexual assault treatment or training," noted Thomsen. "But we know additional research will be needed -- this is only the beginning. At the very least, we hope this will give us a better understanding of the parameters of what male victims of sexual assault go through."

The United Church of Christ (UCC) bills itself as "the church where God is still speaking." Apparently, God's Word is falling on deaf ears of the leadership.

The UCC, which considers itself a mainline Protestant denomination—claiming over 1 million members and about 5,200 congregations in the U.S.—proudly announced it will serve as a major sponsor of the Gay Games. The UCC will now go down in Christian history as the first major denomination to sponsor the homosexual Olympics when the games roll into Cleveland, Ohio, in August.

I guess my jaw shouldn't have dropped when I read the news, considering the UCC in April filed a gay marriage rights lawsuit in North Carolina. But not only did my jaw drop, I'm shaking my head. J. Bennett Guess, one of the UCC's national officers and its first openly gay church executive, calls it a social justice issue and says the denomination prides itself on "being a bold voice for progressive Christianity."

In case you aren't familiar with what the term "progressive Christianity" really means, let's take a moment to define it. Progressive Christianity has a strong focus on social justice and environmentalism. Progressive Christianity focuses on concepts like "collective salvation"—where entire cultures and societies, rather than just individuals with faith in Christ, are redeemed—and bends toward a Marxist economic philosophy. And Progressive Christianity does not subscribe to the biblical doctrine of the inerrancy of Scripture.

That last line explains a lot. For example, it explains why the UCC was the first mainline denomination to affirm equal marriage rights for same-sex couples. It explains why the UCC was the first to ordain an openly gay man. And, overall, it explains why the UCC has fallen into the deception of sponsoring events that celebrate LGBT people instead of trying to love them to Christ.

But even denominations that don't consider themselves part of the Progressive Christianity movement are falling into this deception. The Presbyterian Church (USA) last week voted to allow its ministers to perform gay weddings in states where it's legal. On Tuesday, Methodist Pastor Frank Schaefer, who was defrocked for officiating his son's gay wedding, was fully reinstated and the Moravians voted to ordain gay clergy. My research shows there's a long and growing list of gay-affirming denominations, including the Affirming Pentecostal Church International. 

Saints, we're seeing 1 Timothy 4:1 playing out right before our very eyes. It's called the Great Apostasy and it's well underway. By the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote: "Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons.
