EXCLUSIVE : NATIONAL GUARD TRAINS TO TAKE ON US CITIZENS

Video shows troops advancing on Americans with batons

by Infowars.com | April 12, 2015

VIDEO : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ldd5LUfwOd0

Exclusive footage provided to Infowars from an attendee of the California National Guard’s “dirty bomb” exercise in Richmond Saturday shows guard troops training to take on U.S. citizens.

Role players simulating members of the American public can be seen screaming as guard troops with batons push them back in what appears to be a crowd control scenario.

A second clip shows troops surrounding two men, reportedly victims, as they are escorted off scene.

The exercise, which included “more than 200 soldiers, airmen, local law enforcement and firefighting personnel,” will be followed by other military drills such as Jade Helm, which some fear is being used to acclimate the public to martial law during civil unrest or a national emergency.

Infowars reporters Joe Biggs and Jakari Jackson were contacted by Capt. Will Martin of the California Military Department just last week and denied access to the dirty bomb drill due to the “nature” of their work.

“Upon reviewing your body of work, the California Military Department has chosen to decline you and Jakari Jackson media access to the emergency-response exercise involving the California National Guard on April 11, 2015, in Richmond, California,” the email to Joe Biggs reads.

Video captured at a similar drill in Fort Lauderdale, Florida last month showed military and law enforcement practicing the internment of citizens during a martial-law style training exercise.

Infowars has exhaustively laid out why Americans have every right to be concerned about such drills given the federal government’s undeniable preparations for martial law.

USNS COMFORT CREW LIFT SPIRITS AT CP-15 COMREL

Story Number: NNS150413-05Release Date: 4/13/2015 10:56:00 AM

By Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Kameren Hodnett, Continuing Promise Public Affairs

BELMOPAN, Belize (NNS) -- Seventeen service members from the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) participated in a community relations event at King's Children Home (KCH) in Belmopan, Belize, April 10 in support of Continuing Promise 2015 (CP-15).

Continuing Promise is a collaborative effort between the United States, partner nations and non-governmental and support organizations to conduct civil-military operations including humanitarian and civic assistance, as well as veterinary, medical, dental and civil engineering support to send a strong message of compassion, support and commitment to Central America, South America and the Caribbean.

KCH, one of the very few orphanages in Belize, is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping and providing care for children in difficult circumstances. The Christian-based orphanage, founded 1985, has expanded over the years, opening its doors to hundreds of children.

"We are here today to do some paint restoration in the cafeteria, which is really the big project at hand," said COMREL coordinator Religious Program Specialist 1st Class Jonathan Coreson, a native of Soldonta, Alaska. "I think service members getting in uniform and coming out to help with projects is a great opportunity to work alongside our Belize partners."

For some volunteers, it was the first time they had ever participated in a Navy COMREL event.

Culinary Specialist Seaman Apprentice Chantel Woods, a native of Los Angeles, California, said when the opportunity presented itself, she jumped at the chance to do something new and rewarding.

"My favorite part was when the staff brought out the babies," said Woods. "I love children and just being able to make a difference for them is amazing, I know that this means a lot for these kids, just seeing the smile on their faces and letting them see new visitors was the best experience."

After finishing work in the cafeteria, the volunteers played sports with the children while musicians from the U.S. Navy Fleet Forces Band, Encharted Waters, arrived to play a brief concert.

As the band played, the children danced along to the music and were greeted by special visitors Darrell Bradley, mayor of Belize City, Lt. Gen Kenneth Tovo, deputy commander, U.S. Southern Command, Capt. Sam Hancock, CP-15 mission commander, and Capt. Christine Sears, USNS Comfort's Military Treatment Facility commanding officer.

The distinguished guests toured the orphanage and talked with the children while the band performed.

KCH resident Joshua Reyes spent several minutes talking to Capt. Hancock.

Joshua said he learned a great deal about being a captain in the U.S. Navy and about the United States.

"We thank you guys for coming out here because you guys are wonderful and thank you for everything that you have done for us," said Joshua. "Every year, people come and do some nice work; thank God for them. When they go back home, we wish them good luck."

The COMREL volunteers also delivered 80 stuffed animals, 10 soccer balls, 80 school supply packs and 80 coloring books to the 80 children who currently reside in the home, ranging in age from newborn to 20.

After everything was finished for the day, the service members said their goodbyes to the children and staff to prepare for the remainder of the mission stop in Belize.

Continuing Promise 2015 is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet-conducted deployment to conduct civil-military operations including humanitarian-civil assistance, subject matter expert exchanges, medical, dental, veterinary and engineering support and disaster response to partner nations and to show U.S. support and commitment to Central and South America and the Caribbean.

BELIZE HOSTS OPENING CEREMONY FOR CONTINUING PROMISE 2015

After they've destroy the health care system in a country, the Navy is coming as a savior. At that point, they are able to submit the populations by ruse or by force to the global health care system and maybe much more behind the doors.

BELIZE CITY, Belize (NNS) -- An opening ceremony was held to celebrate the arrival of hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) and its crew as part of Continuing Promise 2015 (CP-15) on April 10.

Continuing Promise is a collaborative effort between the United States, partner nations and non-governmental and support organizations to conduct civil-military operations including humanitarian and civic assistance, as well as veterinary, medical, dental and civil engineering support to send a strong message of compassion, support and commitment to Central and South America and the Caribbean.

"On behalf of the over 1,000 crew members aboard Comfort, I would like to thank everyone for welcoming us to Belize," said Capt. Sam Hancock, CP-15 mission commander. "We are excited to meet, interact and provide medical, dental, veterinary and engineering services to the people of Belize while working alongside our Belizean counterparts."

Belize is Comfort's first stop on its six-month humanitarian and civic assistance mission. Hancock said he hopes the work done over the nine day visit will serve to strengthen the enduring partnership between the United States and Belize.

Deputy Commander, U.S. Southern Command, Lt. Gen. Kenneth Tovo, also remarked on the U.S. strong partnership with Belize.

"It is worth noting that this is the second time that USNS Comfort will kick off her tour of the region with a first stop in Belize - highlighting the significance we place on our bilateral relationship," said Tovo.

Tovo said the military and civilian personnel from the United States and Belize, in addition to environmental health professionals, veterinarians, engineers, and representatives from over 70 non-governmental and international organizations have all come together for one important purpose - to make a difference in the lives of Belize citizens.

"That is what Continuing Promise is all about: working together," said Tovo. "The men and women supporting this mission are a great example of the commitment, cooperation, and compassion that's required to meet the challenges that both our nations face."

The U.S. Ambassador to Belize, Carlos R. Moreno, thanked the host nation's Ministry of Health for its efforts in credentialing the more than 200 doctors and nurses and providing preliminary screenings of 110 surgical candidates. Additionally, he thanked the Belize Ministry of Nation Security for its protection of the many volunteers as well as the Ministry of Education for providing the mission work sites at Hattieville Government School and Independence High School.

Moreno also gave special recognition to the many non-governmental organizations that are supporting the CP-15 mission.

"Outside of the government, we have received fantastic support from NGOs. Latter Day Saints Charities, the Midwest Mission Distribution Center, the Message Program, and Food for the Poor all worked together to donate 330 pallets of medical and humanitarian supplies to help the citizens of Belize," said Moreno. "This effort and the cooperation amongst all involved is a testament to the strength of the bilateral relationship between the U.S. and Belize, which can only be strengthened by this event."

After Belize, the Comfort will make 10 additional scheduled mission stops in Colombia, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua and Panama.

This is the seventh CP mission conducted under the guidance of U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S.4th Fleet (USNAVSO/C4F). Comfort served as the hospital ship in 2007, 2009 and 2011.

Continuing Promise is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored and U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet-conducted deployment to conduct civil-military operations including humanitarian-civil assistance, subject matter expert exchanges, medical, dental, veterinary and engineering support and disaster response to partner nations and to show the United States' continued support and commitment to Central and South America and the Caribbean.

The latest expansion efforts for Jade Helm prove that this military exercise has potential to be far more than just a drill. It began in the South, Jade Helm began in the Southwest, the planning that is, and now has expanded all the way to the Midwest. All of the States that are known can be found on the map below.

CANADIAN AND AMERICAN ARMY CONVOY ON ROUTE TRHOUGH NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO

More than 70 military vehicles are moving through northeastern Ontario as part of Maple Caravan. The Canadian Armed Forces says it's partnered with the United States Army to move equipment from Quebec to Alberta. (Master Corporal Simon Duchesne/supplied)

If you're seeing an increase in military convoys throughout northeastern Ontario, don't be concerned.

The Canadian Armed Forces is in the process of moving more than 70 vehicles and training equipment — including vehicles, mowers, tents and tables — from Valcartier, Quebec to Wainwright, Alberta.

It's part of Exercise Maple Caravan.

Major André Berdais said it's a partnership between Canadian and American armies.

He said it's not uncommon for the Canadian Armed Forces to train with allies, and added this move in particular took a lot of planning.

"It's a 4,000 km logistic move," he said.

"You don't often do that. So the Americans were willing to help us out on that and it helps them too for their training."

He said the plan is to not have a great impact on motorists in the region.

"The effort here is made by planners to do their very best to avoid urban areas during the rush hour so that they're not caught in the traffic," he said.

Berdais said he can confirm the vehicles — which are all American — are travelling through the region but for privacy reasons is not able to give a specific route.

This won't be the only time residents may see a convoy of military vehicles travelling through northeastern Ontario.

Berdais said in June, equipment will be transported from Wainright, Alberta to Valcartier, Quebec as part of Exercise Maple Resolve.

LIVINGSTON WALMART CLOSING FOR 6 MONTHS, DISPLACING 400 WORKERS

Posted: Apr 13, 2015 11:28 PM Updated: Apr 14, 2015 8:04 AM
By Erika Bazaldua

LIVINGSTON, TX (KTRE) -

Walmart is closing the Livingston store for six months starting Monday night for renovations and displacing around 400 workers in the process, according to a company official.

Company spokeswoman Anne Hatfield said full-time and part-time employees are being told they could be transferred if they wish. Those who are not transferred may be qualified for a 60-day severance package.

Walmart is closing to renovate the store and fix plumbing issues that could not be resolved without closing the store.

The pharmacy and vision department will remain open for 14 days, Hatfield said."Deciding to close a store is not a decision we make lightly, but after careful consideration, we felt it was necessary to make these repairs so we can better serve our customers and the community in the long run," said Anne Hatfield, a Walmart spokeswoman.

Livingston resident Phil Asper explains he visits Walmart about eight times a week and explained the final hours of the store's operation to be busy.
"Drove up and the parking lot was completely full," said Asper. "Went inside and I saw one of my friends there and he told me that it had been shut down. So, I got a hair cut and some razors and that was it. A lot of people in there not in a very good mood."

Asper explains the inconvenience of the closure is especially tasking on his health.

"I got about 20 prescriptions and Blue cross Blue Shield with Medicare, they give me a special deal at Walmart, so I am going to have to shopping to find some place else to get all my medicine," said Asper.

As a frequent shopper, he is saddened to see those familiar workers out of a job.

"I'm going to miss some of the people there. Some of them are really nice."

LT. COL. CAUGHT IN LIES ABOUT JADE HELM : OUR WORST FEARS CONFIRMED

Posted on April 14, 2015 by Dave Hodges

There are times in life when we need to know when to step aside and let others do the talking. This is that time. The Common Sense Show, has been deluged with communications which detail abnormally high amounts of troop and equipment movement across the United States in preparation for Jade Helm 15. Along the same lines, we are hearing from people who have relatives in Special Operations that very concerned about what is coming.

The following represents a very small cross-section of email notifications from Americans all across the country and they are highly concerned with what they are discovering about Jade Helm.

This article begins with a description of an encounter between the Health Advisor to The Common Sense Show, Katy Whelan and a Lt. Colonel from Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado.

Katy Whelan and the Lt. Colonel

Katy Whelan serves as the medical advisor and reporter for The Common Sense Show. As such, she is privy to much of the information on topics which we have not yet published for one reason or another. With regard to Jade Helm 15, Katy has had access to some of the most sensitive information that is in our possession. Therefore, when Katy decides to assert herself in the field by confronting an official about Jade Helm, she can do so with an air of authority.

This past weekend, Katy had occasion to confront a Lt. Colonel Gallegos in a chance public meeting and the following represents the summary of her encounter.

“On Saturday April 11, I (Katy Whelan) was coming out of a Denver area Restaurant and saw a National Guard officer in the parking lot and decided to stop and chat with him about the Jade Helm training drill going on across the country”.

Buckley Air Force Base

“I introduced myself to a Lt Colonel Gallegos from Buckley Air Force base in Aurora, Colorado. Below is a summary of the exchange”.
Citation:

Katy:  “I am aware of the Jade Helm drill and I am concerned as to why this drill was being conducted”.

Gallegos:  (He was caught off guard and didn’t have a clear answer as he stumbled around for words and his body language was extremely nervous). “We have had drills like this before, like one we had before one 10 years ago”.

Katy: “There has never been a drill to this extent in size and scope”!

Gallegos: (His body language, again, was extremely nervous as he stumbled to find the right words as he chose to look down, smile and concede that I was correct on that point). “Yeah, that is true but it’s not a big deal”. (Editor’s Note: Not a big deal? Various factions of the military are preparing to impose martial law in the Jade Helm drills while extracting dissidents, and death squads will be planted in order to practice their “infiltration techniques” and this is “not a big deal”? This is an act of war against the American people and it is not a big deal?).

Katy: “I know the Jade Helm 15 drill is in over 30 states”.

Gallegos: (He became increasingly nervous) and asked “How did I know this (as if I should not have this information)”?

Katy: “Isn’t this a joint a joint military and national guard operation and doesn’t this violate posse comitatus”.

Gallegos:  “No, that is not true because the National Guard will be the only ones running the drills”.  (Editor’s note: This is a bold faced lie uttered by Lt. Col. Gallegos! On the original Jade Helm 15 document, Special Operations Forces state that the 82nd Airborne and Special Operations Forces such as the Green Berets, Navy Seals will be a part of the drill. Therefore, Gallegos knows what he is participating in is illegal and is not limited to the National Guard. We further know that the Department of Defense is hiring people to play the role of detainees and incarcerated Americans under martial law).

Katy: “Then why, if it is a joint operation, why would the National Guard have the authority to be the organization to be running the drill”?
Gallegos: (Like a kid with his hand in the cookie jar, the nervousness of the body language was peaking as he stumbled around looked down and was rubbing his keys nervously). Katy took that to mean that her challenging statement was true.

“But nothing illegal will be done in the drill”, muttered Gallegos. (Editor’s Note: Despite the fact that the forces of Jade Helm will be extracting people without due process of law, and Gallegos thinks there is nothing wrong with this?).

Katy: “Our current administration is violating the US constitution every day, so how can you guarantee that the orders coming down would be any different”?

Gallegos: (Again, displaying nervous body language as exemplified by looking down to avoid contact and nervously smiling, he stated, “I assure you it would all be legal. The Governor would be in command of the drill as only the National Guard would be conducting the drills and I cannot say much more than that”. (Editor’s Note: Since the passage of the John Warner Defense bill, the civilian authority exercised by the National Guard was transferred from the Governor of a state to the President and we are supposed to believe that a Lt. Colonel in the National Guard would be ignorant to that fact?).

Katy: “Isn’t Jade Helm about the extraction drills? In other words, what does the military know that we don’t know to train for this type of operation?”

Gallegos: (He further displayed more nervous body language to an incredible degree as he became increasingly and nervously evasive). “I assure you that it is all on the up and up and legal”.

Katy: “If there was an illegal order that came down from the chain of command, what would you do”?

Gallegos: “That would be up to the individual to decide”.

Katy: She pressed the point and again asked “Why would we need an extraction drill and what are they specifically training for?
Gallegos: He remained evasive and said “it is all legal”.

Implications of the Gallegos Encounter

Katy’s take away was that Lt Col. Gallegos was completely taken by surprise and was shocked that she knew as much as she did and he did not know how to respond.

At one time, I was confident that American soldiers would not fire upon American citizens, but Gallegos’ weak defense in which he justifies the drill in his mind, accompanied by either his gross ignorance or his gross distortion of the truth (you decide), is indeed very concerning.

In the past week, The Common Sense Show has received over 200 emails with either accounts of massive troop and equipment movements within the United States, or the emails were from family members or friends of Special Operations Forces who are very nervous about the implications of Jade Helm.

Since the mainstream media will not effectively cover this and are engaged in the obfuscation of the truth, I thought I would share a brief representation of the 200+ emails received on the topic by The Common Sense Show.

MASSIVE TROOP AND EQUIPMENT MOVEMENTS

Dave,

My wife and I went up to Idaho Falls to visit grandchildren. When we got to North Salt Lake we were both surprised to see the train of tanks and armored vehicles sided along the tracks.

My phone (with camera) were in the back seat and I wasn’t able to get it in time….Really enjoyed  your article ‘Jade Helms
Use of Death Squads’

Dave,

Great show and website.  You are spot on.

Retired Army Vet (Former MP 21 years active duty, and region 15 leader for Oathkeepers) here in Western North Carolina.

A little less than 2 weeks ago on a wednesday evening at about 20:30 we had an overflight of our home of a UH-60 Blackhawk.  Running lights were on. Maybe 120 Knots North to South..  Very unusual to see a UH-60 here especially on a weeknight. My wife remarked how I knew it was one before it got to us.  I have many hours in and around them. Spent 4 years in the 10th Mountain Division along with 5 overseas tours including OIF.

Yesterday-Two things.  I live in a rural area in the mountains near some state parks.  I passed a HEMMIT fueler headed west into the mountains.  Very odd as it was headed away from the town. Could’ve been the reserves or NG monthly drill but I never saw one here before.  It was woodland camo pattern like the old days.

Also yesterday afternoon I heard more than  one UH-60 travel nearby the town of Hendersonville, NC.  I was unable to get eyes on due to some trees and terrain but I knew the sounds to be Blackhawks. Didn’t get a direction of travel..

We need to establish a virtual command post or website to track these reports. Does one already exist? Is there something else I can do to assist you in getting the word out?  I have NO fear of them since I’m HAPPILY on ALL of their lists anyway.  We need to counter them and be vigilant in spotting them.  I’ve briefed my family of the situation and what to look for.  The more eyes we get working the better chance we have to shine the light on this situation. I think  that our beloved Republic is now dead and gone.   Thanks for your great research and diligence.
_______________

Dear Dave,

Just thought to add to your articles on Jade Helm, on this past Thursday, My husband and I saw 9 huge planes National Guard (the kind that carry troops and tanks, I’m thinking out of Martinsburg, WV) flying low, within 15 minutes apart. They were flying West  to a known Fema camp. I’m not saying that’s where they were headed, just in the direction. Have you heard anything or know anything about this story?

Thanks, Julie
_______________

Dave,

Typically I keep a low profile given some of my activities but thought I’d drop you a quick note. I’ve commented quite a few times on various essays you’ve written and while I agree with you mostly have had some differences with what you. On Jade Helm, well, I think it’s one of the most important issues you’ve written about.

My brother is retired from US Army Special Forces. He was a Green Beret for nearly 25 years with multiple deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. He now works for a military contractor at _____. I don’t usually talk about certain things with him because I don’t want to jeopardize his clearance which is pretty high. Yesterday I finally asked him – “What about Jade Helm”. He paused for a moment and said just a few words – “I’m very concerned”. And then went on to describe how much money will be spent and how it may play out. I live in rural Maricopa County which may see some people deployed here. I told him it would be interesting to see what happened if I encountered anyone and confronted them about what they were doing. I’ve been around these guys enough to know who they are. He simply said – “These people are so brainwashed and most have a chip on their shoulder. Be careful or you could get the shit beaten out of you.” I hung up the phone and just shook my head.

Sometimes I get concerned about all the “prepper porn” sites and misinformation out there that is simply another mechanism of fomenting fear. However, Jade Helm is an authentic exercise and could be a turning point in history. My brother said he’d never seen anything like it from a planning and implementation perspective. Furthermore, there is only one reason for it and I’m sure you can guess what that is – the total subjugation of the American people. As I commented yesterday a lot of attention has to start being paid to the people who will actually carry this out. Shaming those in the military publicly. I challenged my own brother yesterday and he got the message.

Best wishes,

RUSSIANS AND CHINESE TROOPS ON AMERICAN SOIL : BLUE HELMETS ANYONE?

We have a group of Chinese here in Hannibal MO, the Mark Twain tourist town. This is a small town of about 40,000 residents.  It is odd, to say the least.

I tried to talk to some of them about ducks and duck eggs, as they do love those things.  They speak barely any English, and their school-age children do not speak English.  They seem hostile and did not want to talk.  Their children were making fun of Americans openly.  (Editor’s Note: Sleeper cell?).

Dear Dave,

I know you have covered Russians being in Gatlinburg, TN. in big numbers. It is true. The locals hate the Russians because they are so aloof. What you may not know is there have been sightings of Russian soldiers at the base of the Smoky Mtns. by local residents. They park in their white vans and proceed to change into Russian military uniforms in the parking lot. We think they go on military missions in the hills. Some of us think that the Russians are boarding trucks that are stored in the Mtns because they have been seen on remote roads in trucks in full Russian uniforms by people illegally hunting. Yeah that is right, we have been banned from hunting in the area by the Forest Service.  Many of us think that they are practicing to invade the area.

Love your radio show. Please keep reporting on this

Hi Dave,

I think I played basketball against you in college. I played at Rockmont College, in Lakewood, and now the college is known as Colorado Christian. Anyway, I am pretty sure that this is you. The reason I am writing to you is because my brother in law is in the Navy Seals and trains recruits in California. He was here last week and I showed him your articles. He said that he will be a part of Jade Helm beginning June and they are absolutely going to be pulling actors out of their homes in what you referred to as extraction drills. He is very, very nervous about this. He said that he did not enlist to do this to American citizens. I asked him if the Red list thing is true would his people kill Americans? He said that was probably true and that is why he is concerned. Please do not use my name because I don’t want get him in trouble.

Dave, located just NW of Perry, GA is an Urban Warfare Training Facility. It is just west of I-75, behind the Guardian Center. Access is restricted and is constantly patrolled. Several weeks ago low level insertions were being made using Blackhawk Helicopters. Standard military type procedures were employed. I watched from alongside the road. I served 25 years in the military and retired in 1993. I know what is going on and am preparing for it. I’ll either E&E or DIP. Not going to surrender without a hellava fight.

CONCLUSION

Did you ever think you would see this in America? This is an extraction of dissidents drill in Florida.

A secret like this is too big to keep quiet. However, the only remaining question is whether or not Jade Helm will go live or is it a dress rehearsal for something to come on its heels? Only time will tell. However, it is clear that Jade Helm is an open declaration of war against the American people.

There is not one valid reason for this administration to use taxpayer money in order to prepare to go to war against the American people. And how dare they declare Texas and Utah to be “hostile states”?

The following will not happen, but it should: The country needs to rise as one and say no more. Every politician needs to be recalled from office. Every officer who gives orders to carry out Jade Helm needs to be purged from the military. The only thing that is missing from Jade Helm are the Swastika armbands.

JADE HELM 15 FEMA COFFINS AND HUGE MILITARY VEHICLE BUILDUP - SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Which will come first – internment or isis? Hell of a choice. Repent! Judgment is coming in America.

April 13, 2015

By Stefan Stanford - All News Pipeline - Live Free Or Die

http://www.allnewspipeline.com/
With a large swath of Southern California listed as 'hostile' in the upcoming US Military's Jade Helm 15 'martial law' roundup, YouTube videographer me meow decided to videotape his regular drive by the Yermo Logistics Marine Base north of Barstow, California and his videotaping yielded some unexpected results. Besides showing us that there are many more vehicles on the base now than the normal number of vehicles he usually sees, he also appears to have captured a huge number of FEMA coffins stacked up on the base as seen in the images above and below and the video below beginning at the 2 minute 30 second mark.

With America expected to have 240+ million LESS inhabitants in only 10 years than we do now and Jade Helm 15's official kick-off only months away, military preparation on a massive scale is now being witnessed from coast to coast and this newly released video is no exception with the added caveat of what appear to be FEMA coffins thrown into the mix, adding more proof to the evidence that these upcoming 'drills' will be anything but 'drills'.

The meat of this video begins at the 1 minute 30 second mark when the videographer arrives at the base and continues on for the next several minutes as he tells us that the actual number of military vehicles on the base are 5X the number that we can see in this video.

Are those FEMA coffins stacked up at the 2:30 mark or something else entirely? In the 2nd video below from haskellfilmz we see that residents of Arizona are being warned of Jade Helm 15 by homemade signs left on the streets as Americans are rapidly awakening across the country to the forthcoming possible martial law takeover of our nation.

VIDEO : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVXj5Idii6s

Check out what appear to be FEMA coffins from this newly released video and compare them to the known FEMA coffins from Georgia taken back in 2009 in the 2nd and 3rd images below. Are these the same things? If so, is this more proof that Jade Helm 15 will be anything but 'benevolent exercises'?

SECNAV ANNOUNCES DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY INNOVATION VISION

Story Number: NNS150416-18Release Date: 4/16/2015 1:19:00 PM

From Secretary of the Navy Public Affairs

150415-N-HU377-043 NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (April 15, 2015) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus delivers remarks during a luncheon at the 2015 Sea-Air-Space Exposition. The Sea-Air-Space Exposition is an annual event that brings together key military decision makers, the U.S. defense industrial base and private-sector U.S. companies for an innovative and educational maritime based event. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Dustin Knight/Released)

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (NNS) -- Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus unveiled the Department of the Navy's (DoN) Innovation Vision during remarks delivered at the annual Sea, Air and Space Exposition April 15.

"The superiority - in technology and concepts - the Navy and Marine Corps have on, over, under and coming from the sea did not just happen," said Mabus. "There have been more than two centuries of collaboration and experimentation among people in and out of uniform, in government and industry, redefining what is possible. In so many cases, we have taken seemingly impossible ideas and made them real."

One theme of Mabus' remarks was that, despite the centuries of innovation that have contributed to the success of the Navy and Marine Corps, the time has come to reinvigorate that culture while breaking down existing barriers to new ideas and concepts.

"The world is getting faster, more nimble and is changing exponentially-the world that is with, too often, the exception of the United States military," he said. "If we do not free ourselves from the ever expanding, ever tightening coils of bureaucracy, if we do not set the pace on adopting change, if we continue to think and do in the same ways we have for so long, then our days as the world's pre-eminent maritime force are surely numbered-and that number is small and shrinking."

The initial push toward a DoN better equipped to adopt and incorporate innovation at a quicker pace began earlier this year when Mabus established a special group tasked with focusing on these ideas.

"In January, I established the Navy's Task Force Innovation: a group from across the department comprising thinkers, experts, and warfighters with diverse backgrounds and from every level," said Mabus. "We have a long tradition of creativity, and we have exceptionally talented people in the Navy and Marine Corps. I've charged this Task Force with harnessing that creative energy of our Sailors and Marines and infusing the ideas that come forward into our operations."

Following months of study and collaboration with the fleet, other governmental organizations and the private sector, the task force reported their results and recommendations to Mabus who established five key focus areas designed to make the DoN a more innovative organization.

The first of these areas is to establish an innovation network for the Department of the Navy.

"This innovation network will be the scaffolding used to ensure coordination and get rid of barriers to progress," said Mabus.

The second is to reform how the department manages its workforce and talent.

"We need to be evaluating and rewarding our top performers appropriately to show them we value the knowledge, talent and risk-taking they bring to the fight," Mabus said.

The third focus area is to use the massive amounts of data collected by the DoN in a better way.

The fourth is to get emerging operational capabilities to the fleet much more quickly.

"As we enter the age of cyber, unmanned systems and advanced manufacturing, we cannot allow these overly complex, form-over-substance, often useless, and too often harmful, practices to slow or prevent development of some game changers, while simultaneously giving our potential adversaries the competitive advantage," said Mabus.

He also pointed out that this shift toward a culture more focused on innovation was about more than simply new weapon systems or platforms but also about changing the way the Department as a whole thinks.

The final focus area is to create breakthrough warfighting concepts.

For the next several months, Mabus also announced, the Department of the Navy will highlight a new innovation in the fleet every day.

CANADIAN AND UNITED STATES ARMIES ON A ROAD MOVE ACROSS CANADA

March 17, 2015

OTTAWA – The Canadian Armed Forces, the United States Army National Guard and the United States Army Reserve are moving more than 70 military vehicles and training equipment approximately 4,000 km from Valcartier, Quebec to Wainwright, Alberta during Exercise MAPLE CARAVAN, beginning today.

Exercise MAPLE CARAVAN provides an exceptional opportunity to reinforce the Canadian Army’s mission readiness through a joint logistical operation with our American ally. It is also a cost-effective way to manage an important equipment movement in support of Exercise MAPLE RESOLVE. Soldiers will hone their skills in transporting large quantities of vehicles by road over a great distance. This skill set is necessary to ensure that modern day militaries are able to adapt to transportation challenges they may encounter in missions at home and abroad.

Quick Facts
  • This exercise will include approximately 325 personnel from the Canadian Army, the U.S. Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve. It will begin today and finish April 18. The return trip is planned to commence in June 2015.
  • The vehicles being transported will be used at Exercise MAPLE RESOLVE. Exercise MAPLE RESOLVE is a high-readiness exercise that will be conducted from April 20 to May 23, 2015, at the Canadian Manoeuvre Training Centre in Wainwright, Alberta. The exercise will involve close to 4,500 military personnel from Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

THE COMPANY FORMERLY KNOWN AS BLACKWATER IS TRAINING CANADIAN SOLDIERS

Major combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan might be long over, but Western countries—including Canada—are still buying services from the infamous company formerly known as Blackwater, a company often described as a mercenary army.

VICE Canada has recently learned Academi, the latest iteration of the private defense contractor linked with a string of war crimes and atrocities in Iraq, is still training Canadian soldiers from the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM)—a wing of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) overseeing all commando operators.

"Yes, the Academi does provide a small portion of CAF members with highly unique and specialized training," said Ashley Lemire, a Department of National Defense (DND) spokesperson, in a statement to VICE Canada. "CANSOFCOM personnel conduct precision shooting and defensive driving training at the Academi facility in North Carolina. This type of training is a critical component of basic special operations training."

Part of the reason for using these services is cost benefit, according to DND. Not only do the many types of Academi facilities not exist in Canada, the CAF, at times, takes advantage of the company's instructors because Canadian personnel are often "not available due to a high operational tempo."

"Utilizing facilities such as the Academi for short periods of time is the most cost-effective alternative to meet the training requirements necessary in order to maintain CANSOF's high level of proficiency and readiness," said Lemire, adding it is a positive impact on CAF to prepare for some of the most hostile environments in the world. "This type of [Academi] training is a critical component of basic special operations training."

Joint Task Force Two (JTF2) is Canada's version of Delta Force, while the Canadian Special Operations Regiment (CSOR) is the Green Berets of the CAF—both falling under the command of CANSOF, the users of Academi services.

Aside from training, government contract sites show Canada recently spent close to $1 million to purchase what's described as a "Portable Mechanical Target Trailer system" to "support simultaneous training of up to ten (10) individuals" from Academi.

The latest contract records indicate CANSOF was the end user of the technology, and the government confirmed that Canadian special forces soldiers requested up to five different units, helping them "gain and maintain the highest standards of marksmanship."

VICE Canada also found another separate DND contract from last year, worth nearly $50,000, for miscellaneous items.

"The Portable Mechanical Target Trailer is a steel target system designed to help develop pistol and carbine shooting skills at ranges up to 300 meters," said Lemire. "The trailers contain a number of targets including steel 'Pie Plate,' 'Turner,' and a number of fixed targets. The trailers are designed to be towed behind a vehicle or can also be used in a static location."

It's expected Academi instructors will train CANSOF personnel on the safe use of the target trailer and "best practices in order to maximize the benefits of the various target systems."

In the past, Canada sent soldiers to Blackwater for training before deployment in Afghanistan, something the government defended as appropriate to properly train soldiers before a dangerous mission.
CANSOF is the same army wing responsible for overseeing the current training mission of Kurdish Peshmerga soldiers in Iraq, which has resulted in one casualty and gunfights between Canadian commandos and Islamic State militants.
Academi did not respond when asked if CAF members were still trained by their mercenaries, or whether or not the Canadian government buys security services for its officials on foreign tours.

The company, which still resides in North Carolina, didn't provide details on the military items purchased by the CAF, either.

In recent years, Academi was controversially hired by the Greek government during the domestic turmoil following harsh austerity measures—while it continued to be in service in places like Afghanistan, even after its third name change.

EGYPT SAYS DISCUSSED 'MAJOR MILITARY MANEUVER' IN SAUDI ARABIA

Reuters – Tue, 14 Apr, 2015

CAIRO (Reuters) - Egypt and Saudi Arabia have discussed holding a "major military maneuver" in Saudi Arabia with other Gulf states, the Egyptian presidency said, after the two countries discussed the progress of a Saudi-led campaign against Shi'ite militias in neighboring Yemen.

Egyptian naval and air forces are already participating in the campaign against Houthi militias in Yemen, and Cairo has said it would supply ground forces "if necessary". Earlier on Tuesday, it denied reports that it had already sent troops to Yemen.

Egypt said the topic of maneuvers in the Saudi kingdom was discussed during a meeting between Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Saudi Defense Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Cairo on Tuesday.

"It was agreed to form a joint military committee to discuss the implementation of a major strategic maneuver in the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the participation of a joint Arab force which includes troops from Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states," the Presidency statement said.

It said the security of the Gulf region and the Red Sea was a "red line" for Cairo. The statement gave no timings or details of what the maneuvers would entail.

The meeting also discussed the latest developments in the Yemen campaign, the statement said.
