OBAMA'S ICE FREES 19,000 ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT CRIMINALS TO STREETS IN 2015, INCLUDING MURDERERS, RAPISTS

President Barack Obama’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency released nearly 20,000 criminal illegals – including rapists, sex offenders, and even around 200 murderers – back onto U.S. streets after their jail sentences ended in 2015, according to new reports.

The 19,723 released illegals were not deported.

As reported by Paul Bedard at the Washington Examiner, the number includes “208 convicted of murder, over 900 convicted of sex crimes and 12,307 of drunk driving.” The criminals had 64,197 convictions among them, representing a whopping 8,234 violent crimes.

The nearly 20,000 criminals were released in virtually every state and territory of America, ICE statistics show.

The announcement comes on the heels of several years of Obama administration attempts to spin its statistics in order to claim that fewer criminal illegals are being detained and deported in order to ease criticism from illegal alien advocate groups.

ICE has also tried to claim it is cracking down on illegals skipping court dates, but in fact the agency has simply changed its policy and cut down on issuing court appearances in the first place to make it seem as if fewer of those appearances are being ignored.

On Thursday, the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is held a hearing on this issue and has said on its website that the Obama administration’s practice of releasing dangerous criminals places local communities at risk.

“Each year, Immigration and Customs Enforcement releases tens of thousands of criminal aliens eligible for deportation,” the Republican-led committee said.

“After release, many go on to commit additional crimes. With new restrictions on immigration enforcement through the president’s executive actions, only narrow classes of removable aliens are priorities for arrest, questioning, detention, or removal. Therefore, millions of removable aliens will be able to remain in the country.”

Deportations of illegals have plummeted in the last few years as Obama continues to slow the wheels of the agency.

“This is a stunning free fall in enforcement activity, not just deportations but arrests too,” Jessica Vaughan, policy studies director at the Center for Immigration Studies, told the Washington Times last year. “It turns out that even criminal arrests and deportations have dropped, including those of the ‘worst of the worst’ Level 1 felons, and the huge numbers of criminal releases continues.”

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump has made the deportation of illegal aliens a key part of his campaign, and has repeatedly insisted he’d look to deport up to 11 million. The real estate mogul has also criticized those who say his plan to do so would clog immigration courts with cases that would take years to clear.
“They say you have to go through a huge legal process. You don’t. They’re illegal. If somebody walks in, they don’t bring them to court, they send them back,” Trump told Business Insider late last year.

“Well these people came in, and they came in a year ago. No different,” Trump added. “If somebody walks from Mexico or wherever they come from, and they come into the country, security guards bring ’em back. You don’t go through 10 years of courts and stuff. Well, this is no different.”

MORE BOOTS ON THE GROUND : OBAMA SENDS 250 MORE US TROOPS TO SYRIA

US President Barack Obama confirmed plans to dramatically increase the American troop presence in Syria by deploying an additional 250 personnel, bringing the total to 300. He said the troops would help drive out the Islamic State terrorist group.

The move, which was first reported by the media, will once again contradict Obama’s 2013 promise of not putting any “American boots on the ground in Syria.”

“Just as I have approved additional support for Iraqi forces against ISIL (Islamic State, previously ISIS/ISIL - RT), I've decided to increase US support for local forces fighting ISIL in Syria,” Obama said.

“A small number of US special operations forces are already on the ground in Syria,” he said. “Their expertise has been critical as local forces have been driving ISIL out of key areas. So given the success, I have approved the deployment of up to 250 additional US personnel in Syria, including special forces, to keep up this momentum.”

It was not immediately clear how many of those 250 troops would be added to special operations, medical or intelligence support. According to Obama, they will be involved in special operations as well as in training and assisting Syrian opposition forces to fight IS.

US to send 200 more troops, Apache helicopters to Iraq to fight ISIS

Speaking in Hannover, Germany, Obama said NATO members can and should do more to fight Islamic State.

"In Syria and Iraq we need more nations contributing to their campaign. We need more nations contributing trainers to help build up local forces in Iraq. We need more nations to contribute economic assistance to Iraq so it can stabilise liberated areas and break the cycle of violent extremism so that ISIL cannot come back," he said.

Obama is visiting Germany to discuss various foreign policy issues, including Syria, Ukraine, Libya and the controversial Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) deal.

He is meeting top European officials, including German Chancellor Angela Merkel, British Prime Minister David Cameron, French President Francois Hollande and Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.

The escalation of the American military presence in Syria may undermine the ongoing UN effort to bring Damascus and ‘moderate’ opposition armed groups to a peaceful transition after five years of war, Hans-Christof von Sponeck, a veteran German diplomat and former UN assistant secretary-general, told RT.

“Obama is entering his last six months and he wants to leave a legacy that shows some sign of success. And Americans are never short of experiments,” he said. “It’s jumping from one laboratory test to another and in the meantime the county continues to go further to destruction.”

The first time Obama broke his 2013 promise of no “American boots on the ground in Syria” was when he sent 50 US special operations forces to Syria last year, claiming the move as a “counterterrorism” measure and not a step closer to a ground invasion.

Obama won the presidency first time around in 2008 by pledging to bring peace to the Middle East. However, in recent years, decisions were made to keep adding US troops in the region to help control numerous conflicts.

Obama’s decision to boost the number of American troops on the ground in Syria brings up issues concerning the previous failures of the US train and equip program that dealt with unreliable opposition fighters.

The Pentagon gave up on the training part of the project in October, after senior Obama administration officials admitted that the US had only trained a handful of fighters, despite the program’s $500 million budget.

Moreover, it was revealed in September that one group of trainees had surrendered one quarter of their US-supplied weapons, ammunition, and vehicles in exchange for safe passage through territory held by another rebel group affiliated with Al-Qaeda.

This boost to American ground force also raises legal concerns for Obama. An expansion of the US role highlights that America is in war against IS, which under the Constitution requires congressional authorization, which Obama has never received.

In addition to more troops in Syria, the Pentagon announced last week that 217 additional military personnel and Apache helicopters will be sent to Iraq, largely in an advisory capacity, on how to fight Islamic State. The additional troops will bring US troop levels in Iraq to 4,087.

The US-led coalition has been carrying out airstrikes against IS in Iraq and Syria since mid-2014. However, the US involvement in Syria began without the approval of the Syrian government of President Bashar Assad.

Russian Eastern Military District drills involve more than 25,000 troops

MOSCOW, April 29. /TASS/. Around 30,000 servicemen and over 7,000 units of military hardware have been involved in a sudden inspection of the Eastern Military District, aimed to gage the progress made in the winter training period.

The inspection was crowned by a large-scale exercise led by the military district’s commander, Sergey Surovikin, Eastern Military District Spokesman Alexander Gordeyev told TASS on Friday.

"Numerous training events [as part of the inspection] have spanned two weeks at combined-arms, naval and aerial training areas in the district. Around 30,000 troops and over 7,000 items of combat and special hardware have been used in them, including Pacific Fleet submarines, surface combatants and support vessels, over 60 fighters, bombers and attack planes and more than 50 attack and troop-carrying/attack helicopters," he said.

In all, the inspection of the Eastern Military District comprised 12 joint tactical exercises, three tactical flight trainings and a counterterrorist exercise, with about 100,000 troops have been an appraisal based on their performance in the surprise inspection, Gordeyev added.

11th PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP MISSION PREPARES TO ENHANCE COOPERATION, STRENGTHEN TIES IN SOUTHEAST ASIA

SAN DIEGO (NNS) -- The U.S. Navy will join allied and partner nation forces for the 11th Pacific Partnership mission, scheduled to begin May 11.

This annual maritime operation will help improve disaster response preparedness while enhancing partnerships with participating nations throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.

Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Asia-Pacific. This year's mission will be led by Commander, Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 23, embarked on the hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19), and will include more than 600 military and civilian personnel from the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore, Republic of Korea and Japan.

Indonesia, Timor Leste, Malaysia, the Republic of the Philippines, and Vietnam are all scheduled to host this year's Pacific Partnership mission. Japan will also lead a mission to Palau.

Medical, dental, civil-engineering, and veterinary teams will partner with each host nation to conduct civic-action projects, community health exchanges, medical symposiums, and humanitarian and disaster relief (HA/DR) drills. Engagements between Pacific Partnership participants and host nations are intended to improve capacity, enhance regional partnerships, and increase multilateral cooperation for HA/DR preparedness.

"Through Pacific Partnership we foster persistent presence and enduring relationships with our allies and partners throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific," said Rear Adm. Charles Williams, commander, Task Force 73, the executive agent for this year's Pacific Partnership mission. "This dynamic mission is a great example of multilateral and civil-military cooperation and serves as a model for coordination among participating nations, government agencies, and non-government organizations."

Pacific Partnership began in response to one of the world's most catastrophic natural disasters, the December 2004 tsunami that devastated parts of Southeast Asia. The mission has evolved over the years from primarily a direct care mission to an operation focused on enhancing partnerships through host nation subject matter expert and civil-military exchanges.

Pacific Partnership 2016 will have several other distinctions:

* A multinational command-and-control structure will be used to include a deputy mission commander from the Australian Defense Force and a mission chief of staff from the New Zealand Defense Force.

* The visit by Mercy to Vietnam is in conjunction with the 21st anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between the United States and Vietnam. Along with events such as the recently completed Naval Engagement Activity (NEA) maritime collaboration, Pacific Partnership underscores the deepening relationship between the United States and Vietnam.

* Pacific Partnership will capitalize on the Women Peace and Security program, an international initiative designed not only to empower women, but to demonstrate that they are included in the planning and implementation of disaster preparedness and relief efforts of their respective countries.

* This year's mission will return to Timor Leste, where the U.S. continues to strengthen ties and cooperation with one of the world's newest nations.

"We've done a lot of planning with our host nations and our mission partners over the last six months," said Capt. Tom Williams, commodore of DESRON 23 and Pacific Partnership mission commander. "I'm very pleased with how we've come together as a team. We're honored to execute this year's Pacific Partnership mission."

Breitbart London reported that the exercise was attended by 600 members of various European police and military forces, in a bid to prepare the united troops of the European Gendarmerie Force.

The military police group is made up of seven European nations, including Spain, Romania, Poland and Germany, and aims to quell post conflict scenarios within EU member states.

It went on to describe the exercises carried out, including “carousel training, with attention being given to all policing skills, including community policing and social patrols, crowd and riot control, SWAT teams and forensic investigation”.

European affairs spokesman for the German Government Andrej Huko asked to attend, but was blocked from coming close to the site.

He went on to argue that the, “militarisation of the police” is, “extremely worrying and contrary in Germany to the principle of separation of police and military”.

It comes as fears rise that the European Union could form its own army, with one ex-commander of British troops in Afghanistan claiming it could undermine NATO and UK defences.

Colonel Richard Kemp claimed Brussels' "ultimate plan" was to bring the national armies of the bloc's 28 member states under one umbrella.

The highly-criticised prospect of an EU army was re-energised in March 2015 when European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker called for an international force.

Politicians in the UK have since poured cold water on the idea, saying it would be undeliverable, would weaken Britain's standing in the world and would be blocked by the UK's veto powers.

But Col Kemp, who formerly worked for the Joint Intelligence Committee, which advises the British Government on issues of national security, said: "If we left the EU, we would undermine the EU's ultimate plan of forming an EU army, and that is exactly what they are going to be doing.”

Four Chinese police officers will patrol alongside Italian police in Rome and Milan, as a two-week experiment.

The officers, who speak Italian, are being sent in a bid to make Chinese tourists feel safe during the peak tourism period, said Italian Interior Minister Angelino Alfano.

"If the experiment is successful, we will expand it to other cities in Italy," he said.

Around three million Chinese tourists visit Italy annually.

Mr Alfano said that Italian officers would also soon be heading to Beijing and Shanghai to patrol alongside Chinese officers.

Citation:

Sen. John Cornyn expressed the usual platitudes in cheering for the vote, saying “the people we send in harm’s way need to know that the country is behind them” and “we also don’t need to tie the hands of the next president by restricting what the president can do.” (1)

US SENATOR WARNS THAT THE FEDERAL GOVT IS ABOUT TO DECLARE "INTERNATIONAL MARTIAL LAW"

VIDEO : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zNTX8LaV_k

« Cette résolution est une réécriture totale de la clause des pouvoirs de guerre dans la Constitution des États-Unis, » a déclaré le sénateur Chris Murphy. « Elle est essentiellement une déclaration de loi martiale internationale, un transfert du contrôle de la puissance militaire qui va permettre au président d’envoyer des troupes américaines à peu près partout dans le monde, pour importe pour quelle raison, avec absolument aucune limitation. »

‘I WANT THEM THE F*CK OUT OF MY NEIGHBORHOOD’: ARMED ANTI-MUSLIM PROTESTERS DESCEND ON AZ MOSQUE

Anti-Muslim rally organizer Jon Ritzheimer (screen grab)

Demonstrators squared off outside a Phoenix mosque amid a heavy police presence on Saturday, during the highest-profile of a series of anti-Islam rallies that were planned to be staged nationwide .

Related: US Muslim leaders brace for protests with potentially armed demonstrators

Some Muslim leaders had approached the weekend with caution, but many of the so-called Global Rally for Humanity events that had been promoted on social media appeared not to materialize or to be attended by no more than a handful of protesters.

The Phoenix protest, though, attracted more than 120 demonstrators – and more than 30 law enforcement officials.

It was held outside the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix – where two gunmen killed by police outside a “ draw the prophet ” contest near Dallas in May had spent time – and followed a far bigger rally earlier this year .

Anti-Islam protesters lined up along a street, faced by a smaller set of counter-protesters, with the sides separated by two sets of metal crowd control barriers. They frequently yelled at each other.

American flags were prominent among the anti-Islam crowd of approximately 80 people, about a third bearing arms ranging from revolvers to assault rifles. Several people on the other side of the street were also toting weapons. Open carry is legal in Arizona.

Greg Burleson, who said he was a militia member who usually spent his weekends at the border tracking cartel members, Question said the mosque was a breeding ground for terrorists.

“I want them the fuck out of my neighbourhood,” he said. “They can practice Islam in their own country. I don’t want it shoved down my throat in my own country.”

A man who gave his name only as Richard and carried a placard with the slogan “Unite against Islamic terrorists now” said the event was “a wonderful opportunity for people to get out and express themselves”.

He added: “We don’t want Islam to take over the country and that’s what they want to do. They want to take over the world.”

Joanne Scott Woods, a counter-protester and community activist, said the anti-Islam protesters “have freedom of speech but they are bigoted. Just bigoted. We can’t change that. I’m glad they’re not shooting us.”

Sumayyah Dawud said that in the current climate of Islamophobia, attitudes towards Muslims were increasingly polarised and “getting more hostile from some people, but other people are becoming more open-minded”.

She said the rally was “based on ignorance and fear”. As for the guns, Dawud said she was pro-second amendment but the protesters were “carrying guns with the intention of intimidation”.

“They say they’re standing for the second amendment but what they’re really trying to do is intimidate peaceful worshippers,” she said.

There was a flashpoint about 70 minutes into the rally, when two anti-Islam protesters crossed the barriers, leading to a brief moment of pushing and shoving that was swiftly quelled by the arrival of riot police.

Several demonstrators – one draped in the Confederate flag – were asked by police to leave. The event broke up after three hours, without further incident.

“We’re just exercising our first-amendment [free speech] rights. We’re all about peace and love,” said the organizer of the rally, former US marine Jon Ritzheimer, a pistol on his hip.

He produced sheets of paper from his pocket which he said were passages from the Koran proving that Islam promotes violence.

“We’re educating people,” he said. He gestured at the mosque. “Take away their 501c [tax-exempt status],” he said. “Let Donald Trump build something beautiful.”

The gates of the mosque were shut. There was no point trying to engage or reason with “bigots”, said Usama Shami, the president of the Islamic Community Center.

“What am I going to talk to them about?” he said. “There is no common ground.”

Shami said he was encouraged by the lower turnout compared with the May protest but worried about the longer-term consequences of a climate of intolerance and antagonism in a country filled with firearms.

“What these guys are doing is creating an atmosphere of hatred,” he said. “We live in a time where we witness mass shootings every day. There are people who are less stable mentally and it could push them over the edge.

“When you plant these seeds in the minds of people – that Muslims are going to hurt you at some point – you could have incidents.”

The Prime Minister of Australia Malcom Turnbull is getting set to announce a mega-financial deal that will include Singapore to give over $2.25 billion to Australia for expanding a defense and military installations in the Queensland area.

Singapore is a smaller nation, and often uses Australia to perform military drills and exercises, and the number of troops stationed in Australia would increase from 6,000 to 14,000 troops. READ MORE

150429-N-IS182-041 NORFOLK, Virginia (April 29, 2015) Lt. Jason O'Neill, Tropical AOPS at Fleet Weather Center Norfolk (FWC-N), speaks with local media about readiness, support to civil authorities, preparation, training, safety, security, and accountability during times of manmade or natural disaster threats at Fleet Weather Center at Naval Station Norfolk. WASHINGTON (NNS) -- Navy Installations Command and U.S. Fleet Forces Command are scheduled to jointly conduct the annual hurricane preparedness exercise, HURREX/Citadel Gale 2016, May 9-20 in preparation for the upcoming Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean area hurricane season.

The purpose of HURREX/Citadel Gale 2016 is to prepare the Navy to respond to weather threats to U.S. coastal regions, and to maintain the ability to deploy forces even under the most adverse weather conditions.

This year's exercise will consist of two simulated tropical cyclones that will develop and intensify to hurricane strength, and will threaten the East Coast of the U.S., the Gulf of Mexico, and the Caribbean coastal regions.

All Navy commands with personnel in Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, Naval District Washington, and Navy Region Southeast -- ashore, afloat, in port and underway -- will participate, to include reviewing and exercising heavy weather instructions and procedures and accounting for Sailors and Navy families in the affected regions through the Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System (NFAAS). Forward deployed units will not participate in the exercise tracking and warning phase.

The destruction and devastation caused by storms such as Hurricanes Sandy, Irene, and Katrina reinforce the need for proper training and preparedness prior to the threat of a real world natural disaster. With the onset of the Atlantic hurricane season June 1, the Navy remains committed to the safety, security, and well-being of its Sailors, civilians, and their family members.

US 3rd FLEET PARTICIPATES IN 2016 WILDLAND FIREFIGHTING EXERCISE

Story Number: NNS160506-27Release Date: 5/6/2016 3:23:00 PM

By U.S. 3rd Fleet Public Affairs

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (NNS) -- U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and civilian ground and aviation units from U.S. 3rd Fleet, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL Fire) and the San Diego Sheriff's Department participated in the 2016 Wildland Firefighting Exercise, May 5.

This exercise provides ready, trained, and certified military and civilian resources to combat wildland fires in the region and culminates with a cooperative effort to extinguish a simulated wildland fire in preparation for the 2016 fire season.

"This exercise is intended to highlight the coordination, planning, and teamwork between the military and our partners with CAL Fire, [and] with the San Diego Sheriff's Department all in support of fighting a common foe, which is wildland fires," said Brig. Gen. Edward D. Banta, commanding general of Marine Corps Installations West, MCB Camp Pendleton.

U.S. 3rd Fleet provided an MH-60 Knighthawk helicopter, assigned to the "Merlins" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3, for the exercise. The MH-60 can carry up to 420 gallons of water in an attached bucket outfitted below the helicopter.

"The pilots, aircrew, and maintainers that fly and maintain our aircraft are the same Sailors and Marines that deploy around the world in defense of our nation, and we are happy to assist our neighbors at home in Southern California," said Cmdr. Rick Schmaeling of Commander, Navy Region Southwest. "A great amount of effort goes into aerial firefighting, and we thank CAL Fire for dedicating their time to train our pilots and aircrew each year and look forward to maintaining this relationship in the future."

An MV-22 "Osprey" assigned to Marine Medium Tilt-Rotor Squadron (VMM) 165, based at MCB Camp Pendleton, participated alongside a UH-1Y "Huey" from CAL Fire's fire attack vehicle fleet.

This training helps prepare U.S. military and civilian personnel and equipment to rapidly and more efficiently respond to wildfires in Southern California and protect Southern California's communities as a part of Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA).

"The partnership here in San Diego is something that is unique," said Tom Porter, the CAL Fire Southern Region chief. "No place else in the nation has as robust a group of dedicated agencies working together to bring the fight to a fire when it happens."

Joint, interagency and international relationships strengthen U.S. 3rd Fleet's ability to respond to crises and protect the collective maritime interests of the U.S. and its allies and partners.

NAVSCIATTS CONTINUES TO GROW GLOBAL NETWORK POWERED BY TRUST

160407-N-JK586-007 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. (April 7, 2016) Cmdr. Clay Pendergrass, commanding officer of Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS), welcomes 15 senior officers from 13 partner nations who are attending NAVSCIATTS' Strategic Level Small Craft Combating Terrorism Course (SLC). During the SLC course, the officers receive training on the strategic theory of standing up, leading and operating a dynamic unit focused on combating counterterrorism, maritime domain control, counter-narcotics and human trafficking. STENNIS, Miss. (NNS) -- Fifteen officers from 13 partner nations completed Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School's (NAVSCIATTS) 14th iteration of its Strategic Level Small Craft Combating Terrorism Course (SLC) May 5.

Zambia Army Maj. Gen. Topply Lubaya, Zambia deputy army commander and chief of staff was the guest speaker at the SLC Graduation. The graduating officers represented their countries of Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Morocco, Nigeria, Poland, Rwanda, Serbia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, and Uganda.

The SLC course allows international officers a forum to discuss shared challenges, while helping facilitate the formation of networks and trans-regional synchronization between partners who operate in the same geographic area and face similar problems. This network that reaches across oceans and continents allows for an efficient sharing of information between U.S. forces and facilitates efforts with other agencies and international partners.

"NAVSCIATTS has broadened my perspectives about fighting terrorism," said SLC participant Spencer Leeco, policy analyst to the minister of defense, Liberia. "No question is off limits. The curriculum is crosscutting and delves into the political, ideological, cultural, economic, and military strategies one needs to consider in the war against terror."

Supplementing the in-class lectures and exercises, the course included a week of travel to Washington and Tampa, Florida, to visit and meet with key leaders of various military and interagency staffs. It also gave the senior officers the opportunity to witness the U.S. government at work and visit national monuments and museums.

In Washington, the officers visited Arlington National Cemetery and witnessed a changing of the guard ceremony at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. They also toured the U.S. Capitol and viewed the U.S. House of Representatives while in session.

In addition, the officers met with U.S. Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict, Theresa Whelan. She discussed the U.S. Department of State's policy and how that translated to the U.S. Department of Defense. She emphasized the importance of working by, with and through partner nations to meet our common security goals. She said the U.S. operates within its own national interest and works with partner nations where those interests align. U.S. country team members on Whelan's staff spent an afternoon discussing U.S. policy and interagency coordination and also fielded many country and regional questions from the officers.

Nigeria Cdr. Aminu Chikaji Isah appreciated Whelan's comments and said she was able to emphasize the type of security assistance the U.S. can provide to partner nations.

"The U.S. isn't necessarily putting boots on the ground, but is empowering other nations to solve their problems through collaboration which encourages a country's independence," said Isah.

The officers also visited U.S. Special Operations Command in Tampa to learn about and discuss the interagency coordination not only within U.S security forces and agencies, but also with partner nations' security forces and agencies around the world. Representatives from USSOCOM stressed the importance of the "Global Network Powered by Trust and Providing Strategic Options" for partner nations to enable effective communication, collaboration and idea-sharing.

While at USSOCOM, the officers also met with foreign exchange and foreign liaison officers from Norway, Lithuania and Jordan who are examples of effective partner nation relationship-building by assisting, enabling and facilitating the exchange of information between the U.S. and their respective nations.

Capt. Radoslaw Tokarski, Polish Formoza commander, said he found it beneficial to visit USSOCOM and see the joint interagency cooperation in person.

"The network between countries is very important for strategic plans," Tokarski said. "It is very difficult to exist in today's world without effective communication between partner nations."

The SLC course was designed to expand senior officers' and/or civilian equivalent leaders' joint interagency education on the strategic theory of standing up, leading and operating a dynamic unit, to include operational campaign designs focused on counterterrorism, maritime domain control, counter-narcotics and human trafficking.

The course of instruction also includes maritime security doctrine; operational command and control; training and readiness; organizational leadership; material craft and equipment suitability; logistics; maintenance sustainability; professional military education; and maritime facilities and infrastructure.

"In addition to the relevant and dynamic course curriculum, one of the most important things the partner nation officers gain while at NAVSCIATTS is friendship -- friendships that span social, economic, religious and geographic boundaries," said NAVSCIATTS Commanding Officer Cmdr. Clay Pendergrass. "We are drawn together by the common goals of protecting our families, protecting our nations, and protecting our world."

Lt. Marko Mladenovic of Serbia said he greatly values the relationships he has built during the SLC course.

"I have gained much knowledge while attending this course and I have had the opportunity to see the world through my classmates' perspectives," he said. "My time at NAVSCIATTS will benefit myself and my country in the future."

NAVSCIATTS is U.S. Special Operations Commands' International Center specializing in mobile and in-resident training across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums strengthening partner nation capabilities and capacity.

NAVSCIATTS currently offers 20 courses with an average of nearly 1,000 personnel graduating from in-resident and mobile training events annually. Since 1963, nearly 11,000 students from 108 partner nations have graduated from NAVSCIATTS. Courses are offered in English and Spanish or in other languages through the use of translators.

MOSCOW, May 6 /TASS/. Moscow regards preparations for the US-Georgian military exercises (Noble Partner 2016) as a provocation aimed at deliberate destabilization of the military-political situation in South Caucasus, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Friday.

"We consider this sustainable ’reclamation’ of the Georgian territory by the NATO military as a provocative step aimed at deliberate destabilization of the military-political situation in South Caucasus. Washington and its allies that are openly appeasing Tbilisi’s revanchist aspirations also contribute to that to a considerable degree," the ministry said.

The Russian Foreign Ministry noted that the Noble Partner 2016 maneuvers had several objectives, including to prepare the Georgian army for participation in the NATO Response Force (NRF) and strengthen the Georgian potential of territorial self-defense.

The United Kingdom looks to deploy additional troops to help the Iraqi national forces combat Daesh terrorist group, the British Defense Ministry said in a statement Wednesday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – A joint statement issued by the defense ministers of 11 US-led anti-Daesh coalition members following their meeting in Stuttgart, Germany, earlier in the day reaffirmed "strong support…for the deployment of additional enabling capabilities in the near term" to reclaim Mosul and Raqqa.

"Iraqi forces have Daesh on the back foot and are retaking territory, hitting its finances and striking its leadership. Now is the time to build on recent success and we are looking hard at what more we can offer as Iraqi combat operations intensify," Defense Secretary Michael Fallon said.

The UK ministry said it would consider a "further training and advisory package" to assist Iraqi ground forces in tackling the terrorist group. Its latest package would include sniper rounds and replenish the stocks of ammunition for heavy machine guns, the ministry added. The defense ministry touted to have carried out the second-most number of airstrikes in Iraq and Syria, and stressed the deliveries of nearly 500,000 rounds of ammunition, 1,000 counter-Improvised Explosive Device (c-IED) Vallon detectors, and over 300 tonnes of weapons and equipment.

It highlighted plans to provide $1.44 million worth of ammunition to Kurdish Peshmerga fighters as key partners on the ground in the anti-Daesh efforts, and heralded the training that UK troops provided to 3,400 Peshmerga troops.

IRAN CLAIMS TO SUCCESSFULLY TEST MISSILE THAT CAN REACH ISRAEL

Highly accurate ballistic missile has a range of 2,000 kilometers, was launched two weeks ago, Tehran general says

Tamar Pileggi Tamar Pileggi is a breaking news editor at The Times of Israel.

A senior Iranian general on Monday announced that the country’s armed forces successfully tested a precision-guided, medium-range ballistic missile two weeks ago, the state-run Tasnim agency reported.
http://www.timesofisrael.com/signup/?utm_source=toi-articles&utm_medium…
“We test-fired a missile with a range of 2,000 kilometers and a margin of error of eight meters,” Brigadier General Ali Abdollahi was quoted as saying at a Tehran science conference.

The eight-meter margin means the “missile enjoys zero error,” he told conference participants.

The general went on to say that 10 percent of Iran’s defense budget has been allocated to “research projects aimed at strengthening defense power,” the report said.

Under a nuclear deal signed last year between world powers and Iran, ballistic missile tests are not forbidden outright, but are “not consistent” with a United Nations Security Council resolution from July 2015, US officials say.

According to the UN decision, “Iran is called upon not to undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles designed to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons, including launches using such ballistic missile technology,” until October 2023.

That has not stopped Iran from carrying out a number of tests of ballistic missile technology since the nuclear deal was adopted on October 18, 2015.

In November, Iran launched a missile with a range of 1,930 kilometers (1,200 miles) from a site near the Gulf of Oman, US officials said at the time.

In March, Iran test-fired two more ballistic missiles, which an Iranian news agency said had the phrase “Israel must be wiped out” written on them in Hebrew. An Iranian commander said the test was designed to demonstrate to Israel that it is within Iranian missile range.

That launch sparked international fury as it appeared to flout the agreements made in the Iranian nuclear deal.

The US, France, Britain and Germany decried the launch as “destabilizing and provocative” and called for United Nations action. A UN committee later determined Iran’s ballistic tests were in violation of a Security Council resolution prohibiting Tehran from launching ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons.

Last month, American and Russian officials said Iran test-fired an advanced rocket system in the Dasht-e Kavir desert, in what some considered a cover for intercontinental ballistic missile research.

Israel has pointed to ballistic missile tests as proof Tehran plans to continue pursuing an atomic weapon, despite the landmark agreement aimed at curbing its nuclear program.

In response to the missile tests, Washington imposed fresh sanctions over Iran’s missile program in January, almost immediately after lifting separate sanctions related to Iran’s nuclear program under the nuclear deal.

Iran maintains that because it cannot develop nuclear weapons under the deal, none of its missiles is capable of carrying a nuclear weapon.

Times of Israel staff contributed to this report.

Don't hold your breath, it’s only a test. Exclamation Question Question Question

The Department of Homeland Security will release “harmless particle materials” in the city’s subway system next week.

The “non-toxic, safe gas material” will be released at subway stations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens in order to understand where hazardous material would travel in the event of a biological terrorist attack.

“This is important information to help local authorities to enhance their emergency preparedness,” DHS Program Manager Dr. Donald Bansleben said Friday.
Officials said there is currently no credible threat against either New York City or the subway system.

MILITARY TANKS ALL OVER THE PLACE! WHAT EXACTLY ARE THEY GETTING READY FOR?

VIDEO : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8PcdZ54Juw

WHAT ARE THEY GETTING READY FOR????

THAT IS THE QUESTION!!!!!!!

Because lately you’ve been seeing an uptick of military vehicles, tanks, armor, and artillery “randomly” roaming the streets and rails — locally AND secretly.

The question we should be wondering is WHY we are seeing all of this militant activity…

And WHY we are seeing all this at such a Time as this…

Could they be getting ready for something BIGGER?

THE TRUTH REVEALED!!!

AS YOU CAN SEE, THERE ISN’T MUCH TIME LEFT! PLEASE SEEK YAHUAH AND HIS TRUE SON YAHUSHA — BEFORE A MILITARY TANK COMES TUMBLING YOUR WAY!!!!!!!
